This company truly has potential! The staff is very friendly and will get your nails done! Very good with small intricate designs. Only downside is the wait, depending on who you see and how many appointments they have around your requested time, they simply fall behind. This definitely causes them to rush. I understand a business needs flow to keep going but, time management can use some work. The ambience of the building is beyond beautiful and calming. Including the complimentary snacks, coffee and other drinks. I definitely recommend this business for their spa mani/padi mainly. The volcano pedicure was great, but they didn't ask me to choose my sent and I didn't like the one she chose. My daughter's nails did turn out beautiful, but they charged me an extra $25 because she wanted 5 different colors. TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS! Who cares if she picks 5 colors- it's the same amount of product used. It takes a few extra seconds to open the bottles, but a twenty-five dollar up-charge is insane for that. I came in as a walk in. Then few people came in after I started getting my nails done with appointments the girl started rushing through my nails. The length of them are not even also I only get color on tips and as well they are not even. I have been there several times and had great service. I am not able to make appointment due to my crazy work schedules. I was very very disappointed at her service because I pay the same as people with appointments. However today I went and got a gel manicure and was so upset by the job done by one of the women working there. I took this picture right after I left and posted it and got so many friends telling me to go back and get them fixed. I went back and the woman accused me of picking my nails.. why would I spend $30 to go home and pick it off?? And then she said she can paint over them on my skin? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! On 10/9 my daughter and I arrived for our appointments. I made appointments one month in advance due to homecoming weekend. My daughter's appointment was at 4:00 pm. She was told they were "running a little behind." She wasn't seated for a pedicure until 5:00 pm. She felt she was rushed and had less then average service. When they were finished her nails, at 6:40 pm, they told her she could not get her eyebrows done (part of our appointment) because only one person was able to do it and they were with a customer. I had an appointment at 5:00pm. I was told they were "running a little behind" as well. At 6:40 when my daughter was done Sunny said "oh we'll be right with you." At this point my daughter was in tears and had to be at school for practice by 7:15 pm. I watched them repeatedly take walk-ins while those with appointments waited angrily! On my way out the door they were very apologetic and promised this would never happen again. I went back today 10/14 with my 6 year old against my better judgement. My appointment was at 5:00 pm, but I arrived closer to 4:30pm hoping I could go early. Again I was told by Sunny "I'm running a little behind." At 5:30 he finished with his customer AND SAT a walk- in right in his chair!!!! I just lost it! Sunny said "oh I'll be right with you". The hell you will! I left at 5:40 pm, nails not done AGAIN and he had the nerve to charge me $25 for a shitty half-assed pedicure for a 6 year old. What a complete rip off! This place over charges for the terrible work that they do & the service they provide. They made my boyfriend wait 40 min after his pedicure for them to finally put shellac on his toes because the lady got sick and had to go home. Why is she touching peoples feet or at work for that matter if she is sick? Then they charged me $20 to soak off my nails which took over an hour & I didn't even let them finish because of how long it took. For them to look like this! By far my favorite nail salon. The place is clean and kept, the technicians are friendly and do a fantastic job. The prices are a tad higher than what's around but I gladly pay a few dollars more for a manicure I am happy with every time. Only downside is they can be a bit busy during peak hours, which is understandable. If pressed for time, I'd make an appointment just in case. read more

I came in with an appointment at 12 and didn't get seated until around 12:45 while walk-ins were taken before me, the poor lady doing my nails was answering the phone for appointments, doing brows, and a full set on my nails. Disappointed that the coffin shape is bumpy and the nail polish didn't help. Here I am 2 weeks later and a nail is already almost popped up and 2 more lifting...I can usually go 3-4 weeks with them. read more

Terrible. Lady was very rude and pulled on my fingers aggressively. She filed off some of the skin around my finger and kept going even when I flinched in pain. She gave me attitude when I asked her to fix the shape of my nails when they were all shaped differently. The paint job she did on my nails was bumpy and not good. Would not recommend her. But Sonny did my friends nails and they looked very good and he was very quick. He started her nails 20 minutes after mine and finished 20 minutes before me. read more

The massage chair didn't work, the water was tepid at best, the technician never spoke to me, the French was notably ( by a mm) crooked, no jets, and the technician did not understand enough English to understand that I did not want French! I swear I try to be the most empathetic person ever and give people the benefit of the doubt in these types of situations but every single time they are late taking me. If your appointment is at 2, just know they won't start you until 2:45 or even later some days. It ruins the entire experience for me, and they rush your pedi to accommodate random walk ins that don't have an appointment. I'm so over it, gonna have to find somewhere else to go. So my daughter-in-law and I have been to this salon many times. Needless to say it used to be an amazing salon to get a manicure and pedicure. Recently since the new owners have taken over it's gotten worst each time we go. The last time we went we opted to do the deluxe pedis with gel polish. DONT DO IT! Not worth it!Never, have I experienced the worst pedicure. My technician, if that's what you want to call her was so inattentive to what she was doing with me it was ridiculous. She constantly had a conversation with the tech next to her, lacked in the massage I was supposed to get, while taking the gel off my toes, she burned me with the drill several times. I asked her not to file my toe nails down and she did anyway. The polish I picked was out of stock so she grabbed another that wasn't even close to what I wanted. Then the salon has the nerve to charge $15 for gel polish on your toes. WTH!!! I can buy a whole bottle of polish for that or less. Then when they where talking and laughing about another employee sitting 3 chairs away. Talk about uncomfortable. My daughter-in-law started her pedi at the same time I did and she was done her pedi and getting a full nail set before my tech even finished my pedi. So I paid $100 for a gel mani-pedi that was worth $40 if that. I will definitely be taking my business and my referrals other places. Totally unacceptable. read more

All the workers are friendly, kind, and welcoming. My favorite thing is their pedicures! They are so relaxing, and the sugar scrub they use smells AMAZING. I was turned away, because I was told I was a difficult customer and that no one wanted to do my nails. Very rude in my book! I took my business elsewhere. I was considered difficult because after 3 hrs of being home my nail polish still wasn't drying. I went back in to have it fixed and the lady fixing my polish barely spoke English. I couldn't communicate to her at all and someone else kept coming over to answer my questions or concerns. I thought it may be bad polish and was wondering if I should just change to a different one. Now also that evening I was dealing with a family emergency & leaving the next day for Pittsburgh Children's hospital. I had a lot on my mind and don't feel in anyway I was rude or difficult.
