I got my gel nails done, I asked for a very simple design of short nudes and received yellow and poor quality nails. They were uneven bumpy and their $5 dollarama charm was falling off the next day. DO NOT GO HERE. I came back the next day for a refund and they completely ignored me and attacked me and blaming me, they wouldn't even give me their managers name. This nail salon (while quite busy), is always able to take you in for a manicure or a pedicure. My mom and I stopped by around noon on a Saturday and only had to wait 5 minutes. The ladies work very quickly and are able to do your nails no matter what time you show up. I was impressed by the amount of colour options available. I chose to get a shellac manicure and used "Rusty Peach". I was impressed with the manicure as well as the colour. My nails look amazing! My manicurist was able to make my nails look consistent, despite the fact that some had broken the week prior while others were growing long. I've heard some criticism about this salon but continuously have a good experience. read more

After being given the gift of a day off today I took it upon myself to have a "Kris day." Yes fellas we can comfortably have these kinda days as well. I slept in, went to the gym, did groceries and loaded my iPhone with new tracks. But with all this me time I needed a little more so I decided that my well worn feet deserved some long overdue TLC. Driving north on Yonge just past Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill, I remembered that there was a nail salon in the Longos plaza so I pulled in to investigate. I was totally shocked and thankful that at 6:45pm on a weekday Nails For You was open and well staffed. I walked in and was greeted by the familiar "hay how aw yoi" of the staff in perfect unison. (I swear the greeting must be part of nail salon training because every salon I've been to has it down pat). It didn't look any different from the countless other places is visited for a pedicure but the one distinguishing factor was their fancy looking new massage chairs. Extremely comfortable and the massage felt lost a good as the rel thing. Although the one rolling massage ball that kept poking me in my backside every 2-3 minutes was a little... Outside my comfort zone!? My esthetician Tracy was awesome. Gentle and professional. I recommend you ask for her if you make an appointment. Oh and the calf and foot massage at the end? To die for. My eyes actually got heavy near the end!! Pedicure was also $25. So sits at industry standards! read more

Lee and Cindy & the team are exceptional. they are efficient, accommodating on a short times notice and do an exceptional job. My nails always look synchronous, I've never had to go and get them redone, they take their time to apply 4-8 coats between the base, colour and top coat. I'm so happy they are so close to me and provide such great service always. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a bio gel set and pedicure, first thing in the morning, letting them know I had a flight to catch in the afternoon. The ladies doing my nails were Joanna and Jenny. They both did a wonderful job and listened to exactly what I wanted. The lady doing my pedicure literally gave me a 10 minute leg massage. Loved it! They managed to do a full set AND pedicure in less than 2 hours! They do speak in their language in front of you but I have never minded that... as long as the work is done right. read more

The chairs are broken and the place is falling apart. I recently went for a pedicure. I'm about 8 months pregnant and my massage chair could not adjust. When I asked for another chair to ensure comfort I was told that none of them adjust anymore. That they don't work and that the massage function on each chair is broken. One of THE worst manicures I've ever had. My nails are not only chipping (shellac) one day later but it looks like a child painted my nails. The polish is poorly applied and it is clumpy and inconsistent. I will never go to this nail salon again. read more

Awful! very dirty ! I hated myself for going there! they didn't sanitize their tables considering it's COVID time! They didnt change towels for each new customer. they didn't regard social distance and sat customers next to each other.The UV machine were full of shit! They haven't been cleaned for days! No one was served at their appointed time and it was like the salon staff just cared about getting as many customers as they could regardless of being on time! read more

Will not be returning. This place was terrible. Had a manicure done and the girl cut me numerous times with the cuticle snippers. Didn't seem to know what she was doing. Also, a tip to the employees--it is RUDE to speak in a foreign language in front of your customers for 2 straight hours. We don't want to hear your personal conversations! Professionalism is key! Lee did my nail and she was rushing to finish it in one hour with constant attention to surroundings but very careless about my nail . No attention to the details ! !!! So i went in asking for uv gel nails. I had no idea what gel nails looked like, the only thing i knew was that they are better for your nails than acrylic. The tech starts off by putting the brush in a clear liquid, then a powder, and putting that on my nails. The product dried very fast on my nails and it looked matte. After it dried, she put this other liquid like substance on my nails and put my hand in a uv lamp. This is where I made a mistake. I should have googled this before getting my nails done. When you ask for gel nails, thats what you should get, GEL ON YOUR NAILS. Not powder and a gel cover on top. Gel does not dry on your nails without a uv lamp. I HAD NO IDEA. THIS LADY CHARGED ME FOR GEL NAILS, BUT I ACTUALLY GOT ACRYLIC NAILS WITH A GEL OVERLAY which is the exact same thing as regular acrylic nails. And since nobody in that salon speaks english, I have no idea how to go back and explain this to them. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want a full refund. read more

The nails looked good when I got them done first, but the next day my bio-gel nail snapped the next day. I went to get it fixed, and the next day it snapped again, so I went and got it fixed and this time it was way to big and it looked nothing like the shape it was supposed to be. WORST experience ever! Please DO NOT get eye lash extensions from this place. I am almost certain that the lady that offeres it is NOT certified. Unfortunately, I had to experience the horrible quality of service first hand and is now suffering from it. She is inexperienced and now my own lashes are falling off and I have NO lashes and I look like I am sick. She does not know how to apply lashes properly and I believe the glue that she is using is way to strong for the eyes and possibly NOT safe at all. She clumps the lashes together and it causes weight to your own lashes and causes them to fall off. She also applies them way to close to the lids and it hurts!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! read more

My second visit, I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. First time I got a manicure and she took a chunk out of the top of my thumb (took 3 weeks to heal). Second and final vivsit made my cuticles bleed (different manicurist) put a top coat on as a base coat and had to file it off to start again. I have nail polish on my skin, my nails are uneven and the nail polish has not been put on well. I actually had to ask her to add warm water to the ice cold water she wanted me to soak my hand in but due to the significant language barrier it took a lot of gesturing and different words (warm, warmer, hot water) to get what I needed. Not as clean as it could be and the nail polish itself seems old. read more

Usually most of the younger women who are pleasant and friendly do good manicures and pedicures especially Tracey. However, a woman who is perhaps in her 40's cut my foot quite badly on my last pedicure and I haven't returned. She does tend to be sloppy when working on customers and another friend of mine found that she had given her a very messy, low quality manicure. It's sort of a shame that this one person gives this business a bad name. I don't see any sterilization of equipment happening at this location. read more

Do not get your lash extensions done here. Got it done, and the lashes were not glued on well, fell out within a week, lashes were clumped together which is a big no no. More likely an inexperienced technician. Would recommend just spending the $100 to get proper lashes done, and to go to a lash beauty salon. I ended up getting these lashes removed in less than a week and don't by s proper medical esthetician, whereby it was painless and full. Also at this salon they will tell you, to avoid water, which is not how lash extensions should be, it actually burned when I got my lashes wet, not sure what kind of glee they were using. My best advice: go to a lash pro, found better people on Instagram. Lash extensions from their groupon was the only service I experienced. read more

This is the WOOORST place the employees are incredibly rude and won't stop speaking in their language and it's very uncomfortable while working on your and constantly making comments the only friendly one is the owner. The employees are very hostile and not professional they seem to change their prices too I've visited more than 3 times and was charged 5$ more for the exact same service the second time and back to my original pricing as he first time on my 3rd visit , I know not to go there again because they're very judgemental and keep speaking in Vietnamese whenever you chose a colour or ask for a certain style I would not recommend this place unless you book an appointment with the owner read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! I treated my mom to a manicure when this place first opened! It was horrible from start to finish. The man doing the manicure(no pun intended) was rude and barely spoke to my mom. The worst part was the owners had their little girl running around and she kept poking all of the customers with her doll. She was too young to know better, but her parents did not stop her! My mom decided to give this place another chance and made an appointment. When she arrived, she was made to wait ONE HOUR past her appointment time, as the manicurist was working on a woman who was very demanding and then wanted her friends to all have manicures. Instead of telling her that she had another appointment, the manicurist did the manicures. This place has ZERO customer service. I am shocked that it is still in business, as it does not deserve to be. Go there if you want a terrible manicure and be treated horribly! read more
