After years of not going here especially working in the same plaza, I will say I am very very impressed with their service. They are very great at the covid protocols. You pretty much have to sign in and sanitize your hands. They clean their stations after every client. They have their screens put up also. I was a last minute fill walking in and they fit me in. Left feeling disappointed and unhappy. I got a regular polish (hands & toes). The lady kept asking me if I rather sheliac, seemed a bit pushy. The worst part was how rough she was. Like, the nail trimmer is a Sharpe tool .. please be careful. I'll never go back... Overall unprofessional. The color of my nails look good, and the salon was clean. The manager was yelling at me to try to embarrass me. A miserable experience. Very pleased with the service I received. Staff was friendly and patient with me as I got biogel and mani-pedi done on a walk in. Staff was caring, made sure they had my nails nicely level, smooth and the exact shape I wanted. Entire shop is VERY clean, tastefully decorated and reasonably priced for the service you receive. The staff was happy to make colour suggestions for my vacation for my toes (I like the classic French tips for my nails). I even got to try their "hot stone" massage on my legs as this months bonus and got massage oil as a bonus as it was my first visit. An amazing salon. I didn't have scheduled appointment for a mani/pedi, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile, asked to choose a colour and shown to a massage chair for my pedicure. My technician (Nancy) took her time, and was meticulous in her work. The foot and leg massage was so relaxing, I felt totally rejuvenated. The manicure that followed was just a great. I was even given a full size hand cream for my first time visit. The salon has a calm, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back! read more

Horrible. The staff are coughing a whole hour im sitting there. Came here for pedi and bio gel left in the middle of my pedicure. I have a foot shaver at home in my shower that works great i will LITERALLY use that instead of ever walking into this place ever again. read more

Did a horrible job on my nails. Looked worse when I left then when I came. The lady left in the middle of my appointment to give someone else a pedicure and another lady took over to put the top coat on but she then left my hands in the dryer for 20 minutes which burnt my hands. Here are the details: -my nails were crooked -deformed -various shapes and sizes -wrong color -not precise coloring (lines weren't straight) -burnt knuckles -wrong shape (too wide, looked like elephant fingers) I am not impressed and very disappointed with the outcome, will not be going back. read more

Unfortunately I think it's time I update my review for the worse. I have been back to Nails for You many times and I think the customer service, selection of non-shellac colours and quality of the services have really gone down hill. My most recent mani-pedi there involved a great and thorough pedi and then the most rushed and messy mani I have had in a long time. They were extremely busy and obviously wanting to start the next client. There is polish on my cuticles and I didn't even get any hand lotion - I didn't even get to sit in a manicure chair (they kept me at the pedi station) meaning I had to reach over through the whole service. There are too many good places in Toronto to continue to go to a subpar location. I might be back for a pedi (convenience can sometimes be a trump card), but I'll take my manis elsewhere! read more

Was asked if i would like coffee tea or water a few times. Went fri for full set and am back today for pedicure. I have been to a lot of nail spas and felt very uncomfortable. I have come to this salon twice I, myself have come out very happy with my nails and the service there, but my friends have come and sometimes had bad experiences with the technicians and prices. My first time I went with my mom and friend and we all had pedis and I got a full set of acrylics. We were all very happy with the results and service and had an overall good experience. Prices were a bit high, but it is what I would expect for any nails place in and around oakville. My second time, I was very excited going in and had a great experience, my friend however, didn't. Turns out I got the same technician from when I went the first time, and she seems like she's one of the more experienced workers, she took her time, asked my multiple times if what she was doing was what i wanted, the manager came around a lot to ask if we needed anything, or wanted coffee or tea which I greatly appreciate. My friend was also getting a full set and couldn't decide on a colour so she asked to look at the wall and the manager helped her out. Then she says the technician came over and started rushing her and saying they had to get started and keep moving. She says she didn't feel that she had enough time to decide what she really wanted and felt a little uncomfortable in the situation. She sat down and the lady cut her nails to a length she didn't want without really asking, and rushed through the entire process. My friend was very unhappy with the service provided and through all that she still paid the 45 dollars for nails she felt she could've done better at home. I also usually pay about 25 for a fill for acrylics in toronto and though I greatly appreciate the service provided for me and I absolutely love my nails, I feel as though the pricing is pretty high. Overall, going into this salon can be a good or bad experience but it all depends on the technician you end up with, I do recommend it based off of my experiences and will be going back, others I know have come back disappointed with the service they received and the high pricing. read more

I am very disappointed with the services provided. I was charged for the pedicure $50.00 for "pedicure #3" which I didnt request. The price on display is $37.00. Not a very good quality of the service as I came home and my feet were the same as before and I have to do it myself. An artificial lashes that they installed for me at the cost of $10.00 plus I was charged $22.00 for the lash. When I got home I noticed that they were not glued at both ends. I end up going elsewhere to get them done again. The same day I have the Biogel refill at $50.00 where the area under the nail was not cleaned at all. Please do not go there read more

I feel I was rip off!!! I never had good experience with those places but I didn't have a time to go to my regular place in Mississauga but I needed pedi. So once again I tried to go close to work in Oakville. I asked when I walked in to concentrate on the skin build ups (I abandon my feet for few months) and I said that I don't care for the nail polish just what I really want is my smooth skin feet back. Somehow I ended up with little bit smaller build ups and nail polish and when I expressed my disappointment she was surprised! Of course she was surprised because she didn't listen. it was 20 min job on my feet and cost me $35.03 (I didn't leave any tip) and the lady who I go to Mississauga is charging same $35 but is one hour treatment and I have feet like a baby. I was letting the nail girl I had to do want a wanted and she wouldn't communicate with me like she didn't understand...or something. The location is good. We went and got menchies right after our services. The service was good, we came before the busy after work rush so that was . The polish was around my cuticles so that could be worked on a bit. I'm just glad I wasn't cut so didn't bother with the polish. The girls could try to talk with clients a bit more to get more of the friendly atmosphere. I was content overall. Would I return? maybe if I was around the area sure. read more

Worst customer service dished out with a side of attitude and snarky comments behind your back in another language. Telling you everything that is wrong about the nail care/service that you received at another establishment. The woman who did my gel removal put forth the least amount of effort possible, using a fake nail to just rip off the gel layer on top. I could've done that myself. As I was exiting there was a woman getting a pedicure with such bad edema and open sores on her legs and nothing was done to sanitize the bowl or protect the spread of bodily fluids/microorganisms. I find it is hit or miss. I always just get a shellac polish change. Sometimes they go above and beyond and my nails stay beautiful for 2-3 weeks. Last time I went (Valentine's day) my shellac started peeling off that same night! like the whole nail polish just came right off on 4 different nails. I have been going to this place since its opening and always thought they did a good job until today when I got the worst manicure of my life. It took the woman one full hour for a simple manicure, each nail now is of a different shape and length, the cuticles are worse than before, the polish was thick and stained to the point that I asked her to take it all out and left. They charged me 20 bucks for that. I gave the cashier the feedback and she said: she doesn't have experience and she tried her best... Hello?! Very disappointed with this salon. i started going here since their grand opening and was very happy with the service. I started bringing my daughter and her friends for pedicures and my sister and cousin as well. I have brought them a lot of business. I went in on a Friday a few weeks ago and I got a fill for my nails, by Wednesday the next week my nails were chipping and breaking. I went back as my nails should last more than 5 days and they argued with me saying it was more than 2 weeks since I got my nails done. i actually went to the bank and produced the statement showig it had been less than a week and instead of apologizing they fixed my nails quickly and still charged full price. Then I asked for a french manicure with colour, the lady painted it on quickly with some tips being thick and some thin and they were not straight. They were rude and ignorant to me for no reason. I took the nail polish off in the salon since my 8 year old could have done a better job and they didnt even offer to fix it.
