What made it worse was that she kept the deposit even though the cancellation was completely out of my control and I asked for it to be refunded. She answered that it was non refundable based on her cancelation policy however I DID NOT cancel the appointment, she did. It was really disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time. Customers deserve reliability and professionalism, and sadly, I didn't experience that here.
