I have frequented DK Nails for many years. Since 2018. The service is excellent and it is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My nails last a long time when they are done and l continue to receive compliments on their appearance. I highly recommend this nail studio. read more

I was very disappointed in the quality of nails I got. First of all, I asked for a nice and simple pink French tip acrylics but instead I received not acrylic but gel polish and the French tip was very thick and instead of pink it came out as a orange coral color, and the nails started peeling off not even a hour after I got them. The price was crazy. $45 for this crap! I could do better blindfolded!! I do not recommend. read more

Great experience with Tracy and Megan. Super nice ladies and I love my nails! And the prices are fair too!

Great Service! Great Prices! My new go to for all things nails! The ladies were very nice and had a great sense of humor! A great team at DK! read more

I thought the technician who did my nails was nice, however some of the conversations I heard while there were inappropriate. Also, my nails started lifting after 6 days. I definitely will not go back here. read more

What a grand location for a successful business. The people here really take excellent care of you and make you feel at home.

Very quick and friendly service ! I was in and out within an hour and my nails look great!

Decided to come here while visiting my family. Absolutely loved the experience here! Super easy to make an appointment. Super flexible about rescheduling an appointment if need be and very welcoming atmosphere. We came in on a Thursday afternoon for an appointment scheduled at 430. They took us right in, had us pick our colors and got straight to work. The service here is exemplary and there are prices posted right up front. My sister and I sat with who I believe were the owners and they were both very nice, respectful and quick!!!! I was super impressed with how quick we were both able to get gel manicures! They have about 4 or 5 pedicure chairs and a good amount of mani tables and this establishment is very clean and well kept. You can either do street parking or there is a lot in the back. And the prices are more than reasonable! Will definitely refer friends and return for future girls days! read more

Dk Nail Salon - Rose water gel manicure! - Nail Salons Near Me - Waterville, Maine

This is a first class experience. Excellent service and immediately clean. Must try for a great spa experience.

I had a basic pedicure and was there for almost an hour and a half. Service was very slow and they were rude! I will not be going there again. I don't normally write a review but it was such a bad experience I just needed to let you know! read more

This salon is wonderful. It is very clean and they truly care about the quality of service that they offer. (It is extremely clean ... that is so very, very important!) I travel for my job and often have to have my nails done at random places nationwide. I always enjoy coming back to DK Nails ... no other salon has ever met their standards. I seldom give a 5 star rating on anything. I will definitely continue to go back here again and again. :-) read more

Dk Nail Salon - Wonderful - spectacular salon! - Nail Salons Near Me - Waterville, Maine

If I could I would have given this place a 0. I went in not even a week ago and I've already had two of my acrylics completely rip off my nails because they aren't secure enough. I had one of them fixed yesterday at a different salon and that nail is already more secure than the rest of my nails. I've NEVER had an issue with getting acrylics before and for this to happen I'm very upset. read more

Dk Nail Salon - Broken nail - Nail Salons Near Me - Waterville, Maine

Was out of town for the night and wanted to have my dips removed and redone and Yelped this business. It had great reviews and so I called and was told to come right in. The owners were fun and wonderful to banter with. I was super happy with the end result and also the price. (With love, DIP) read more

As soon as I walked in the door I was spoken to very rudely. I was demanded all over the place. At first I was told that I couldn't get the dip powder because I didn't specify that when I booked the appointment. No one asked what I wanted on the phone they just said bye after I confirmed the time. I ended up being able to get the dip powder but the lady kept watching TV instead of doing my nails. She cut me with the file and put glue on the cut. She also had to keep asking another nail tech how to do the dip. I asked for one accent nail on each hand and for each hand she started with the wrong color the accent nail. I had to remind her several times what nail I asked for to be different. The icing on the cake is that it's been two days since my appointment and I've already lost 4 nails. read more

This is my favorite place when visiting the Waterville area. The owners and staff are very warm and welcoming. They care about the quality of their work and take their time. Always great massages with pedis! read more

I started coming here a couple of years ago and I did try other places in the area, but I keep coming back to DK. Why? Everyone is so friendly and my nails always look great when I'm done. They're constantly improving and upgrading equipment to ensure their customers have a great experience. I also appreciate that I can go in for a full set and come out in less than an hour! read more

My mother and I always go here for pedicures on mother's day. Always a great experience. Brandy is funny and welcoming.

Brandi, Dave and Lisa are friendly, funny and fun to be around. I love them and haven't been anywhere else since I met them over a year ago.

I was just passing through and needed a mani and pedi. Friendly staff and very quick service. The quality was decent and $50 isn't terrible for gel nails and a pedi. If I'm ever in town again, I'd come back. read more

Went here based on a recommendations for wedding nails. Made appointment a month in advance. Called because I specifically wanted dip nails. I was talked out of getting dip nails saying that I would want acrylic which I agreed too because she was insistent they would look better. Every step of the way I didn't get what I wanted. She cut way too short and when I said they were too short when first starting (after having tips added they were shorter then the nails I walked in with) she said they looked good. Then she asked what shape I wanted and I said oval. She said she couldn't do that because they were too short (after she cut the tips to short!). Said the best she could do was round the edges. Then she added the white for the pink with white tips it took up have the nail and was not just a tip and I said no I just wanted just a white tip so it was natural not half white.. She assured me that how much white they do and when filed down it would just be a little white tip (I knew this was not possible because she could file down anymore without taking off my finger but she insisted). In the end I got horrible nails that we all crooked and different lengths. I ended up crying in the salon. The only solution I was offered was they could add paint over. I was looking for a natural pink and white manicure and even if I would have added paint it would have solved the issue that the nails were all too short and crooked and different lengths. Attached is a picture of my thumbs to shoe the difference in nail lengths. read more

I had broken 4 of the nails I had gotten done elsewhere about a week ago and they matched what I had had done perfectly (colored tips with glitter lines). Brandy did my nails and they came out perfect! She got them right up to the cuticle with no gap at all! Even though I came in at 7pm she took her time to make sure they came out perfectly. Their prices are very reasonable and the owners are both very nice. read more

They were so so nice!! Totally recommended!! They did a wonderful job! Never been more happy leaving a nail salon!!

I've been going to Brandy and David's business for over 4months now. I love having my nails look professional, and they alwyas do a good job, or make it right. As a large woman, I felt self concious at first but Brandy and David both made me feel relaxed and welcomed in their shop. There is plenty of laughter as well as professionalism. read more

I was in last night for the first time. I had called ahead to see if they could get me in. My regular place in the Augusta area, which is a "walk in" type place was too busy to take me. I had a tip come off and needed a fill right away. Anyway, David was able to get me in and pointed out I had lifting on three of my nails and had to put a tip on one. He did a great job! And I made an appointment in two weeks for my next fill. read more

Brandy and David (old Man) are just the greatest people. she will always see you and they do an exceptional job time after time. She will even stay open late for you if you call ahead. I would suggest scheduling an appointment as she is so popular you would have a long wait if you just stop in.. But she is worth the wait! read more

I started going to DK nails because I had a gift certificate . What a gem of a place. I have kept returning. They are very friendly and professional . The salon is very clean and well organized . It is very busy so I strongly recommend making an appointment. This is a great place with reasonable prices . read more

Very clean with a great staff, love my nails. Great place very professional looking finish

Never had a poor experience getting nails done....until now! My pedicure was just poor. The chair massager barely feels like anything so pointless. I had to ask for her to scrape the rest of my dead skin off (thats why I get peds). Then I just wanted a simple manicure aka paint my nails. She painted over a black dirt spec on one and gotan attitude over fixing it. She painted my fingers poorly and didn't get the sides of them. Then charged $20 for toes...expected but then also $20 for painting my fingers! Really? I'm disgusted by her technique! read more
