If I could give negative stars I would! He complained the whole time he was doing my nails. I had an old set he had to remove and had my hands soaking in acetone for a half hour while he went outside to smoke 3 times then proceeded to tell me he would have to charge more because I wanted a design. Then he proceeded to say do you know how many customers I could have had in this time? As if to say I'm making him lose money I'm assuming. So he charged me $105 for this I tipped generously because 1. That's what I do. 2. I felt bad for him. 3. To show him what he won't get from me again. He needs to find another occupation because I believe he has been burnt out as a nail tech. P.s. I'm talking about the younger of the two males. Terrible. I asked for this design and all of the employees laughed at me and was obviously speaking about me to each other. She kept saying the design wouldn't work on my natural nail (when it clearly can) The manicure was JUST gel and they made huge bumps on the nail (you can see it well on my middle finger but the photo doesn't do it justice) got the gel all around my nail, my cuticle and on my fingers. The pedicure was awful, and she didn't ask me which service I wanted and just assumed I wanted the most expensive package (which I did not) and very very quickly went through the massages after being forced to pay for the most expensive package. the nail was so wonky after she cut it and didn't bother to fix it. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Rudest people I've ever met. I told the tech I wanted green and she brought over blue when I said "that's blue I wanted green" she flung my hand and went to get green. I also mentioned it didn't come out good and she told me to pay and leave. I said I'm not paying full price and they all surrounded me until I paid. Will never go here again! read more

My husband and I went to get our nails done, they did gel for both of us, after specifically requesting regular polish, AND my nail beds still hurt over a week later. Most of the employees weren't wearing their masks correctly. The employees used a product on my husband he specifically specified that he was allergic to. Don't go here, it was $80 for a manicure and a set of acrylics and you don't NEED gel polish. read more

Nails look horrible. Nothing like the design that I showed them. My friend wanted pink and white french and she got mostly pink with some of the tips being white and some of them being a mix. I'm sorry but if you can't do something please tell the customer don't say you can and have it come out like crap! They also like to yell at the customers too. This nail salon is a joke!!! Very rude and only one person will speak English!!! After two weeks with Acrylic nails and one fell off! I called to make an appointment for them to fill in my nails after my Dr's appointment. I wasn't expecting the outcome of said appointment and called to explain that I was running late. The woman said not to worry and moved appointment 30 minutes later. I came in apologizing again. Well 3 people came in after me and they took them right in. I asked why and was told that since I was late I'd have to wait until they had time. I didn't feel that I should have to tell them what happened at the doctor's but I did!!! Worst customer service experience ever!! I honestly don't know what happened?? So I called 2 days in advance to make an appointment with a girl at Diamond Nail salon here in Waterville. She does dip nails very well so I waited until she was available by appointment. I get there pick out color for hands and matching pedicure. I was put with a man, no explanation why my girl I requested isn't there. He did a terrible job, super thick and just doesn't respond when I kindly speak to him at all. So then a women starts my pedicure and gets to the part to paint my toes, gets up and then comes back and says pedicure is over doesn't have the color. Actually said "just go to 90's nails" and dries my feet. She says $40 and no charge for the half pedicure she did. When I try to speak she says don't be a difficult customer and repeats "just go to 90's nails" several times. I am in shock and quite bewildered..... I even said "did I upset you?" She just repeated "go to 90's nails". Only two other customers were in there with me and they looked as shocked I was. ‍ read more

When they took me there was a man taking me, and he wanted to to call him this sexual name, and I refused. He said that he wouldn't fix my nails if I didn't call him that. This nail salon was discusting and I got sick from the candy on the table, it was expired and distasteful. nobody wants to take their shoes of in a salon full of feet, they make you take them off so they don't have to do the work of cleaning the floors from muddy boots, gross. they cut my finger on one of the curing machines and it started bleeding. they put antiseptic on it and it stung like crazy. If you want to go to a nail salon go to 90's nails, much better quality. read more
