Unfortunately, the nail tech canceled on me last minute -- leaving me scrambling right before one of the most important days of my life. What made it worse was that she kept the deposit even though the cancellation was completely out of my control and I asked for it to be refunded. She answered that it was non refundable based on her cancelation policy however I DID NOT cancel the appointment, she did. It was really disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time. Customers deserve reliability and professionalism, and sadly, I didn't experience that here.

And, she had a bad attitude. I asked for a regular, basic pedicure with nothing fancy, but they used gel, which I did not want, and was charged $50. While $50 may be typical elsewhere, it's a lot in little ole Manchester, Maine, especially when other salons charge much less and provide better service. There was no leg massage of any kind. There were no bottles of nail polish to choose from; instead, she handed me a box of sample nails painted in different colors. I will not return.

I asked for a layered cut, showed a picture and explained in detail what I was looking for. I got nothing that I asked for and paid $30 plus a $5 tip. My hair looks and handles basically the same as it did before I had it cut. I will not be returning.
