Horribly rude. I had made an appointment with them on the phone I said that I would be there in 10 min. I was there in five. Then it was "cash only", Which they hadn't bothered to mention ahead of time. They had an ATM machine there which basically gave them $3.50 off the top of whatever I took out of it. As it worked out, I had my husbands credit card and therefore was not able to use it as an ATM. I had to call him up on the phone and see if he could pick me up. I asked them if I could have another few minutes to go get the cash and she waved me on and said oh yes yes yes of course. I came back in a couple of minutes with the cash and she waved me on again and said no no no. "I don't have any time today. No have time today ." It was a horrible demeaning experience. I scheduled my appointment with a local phone number cause they will not answer if it's an out of state phone number. I had an older lady that was sweet but she was a little rough on my feet. First time here I was recommended by a friend In the town I'm in for summer . The first words that greeted me was cash only yelled out across the space . My husband had to drive there to physically make an appointment because they do not answer the phone and VM Is full. Fist it's filthy inside . No plastic cover for the foot bath which had a scum line as did the others . Tech used tools I assumed used in her basket there was zero sign of a wrapped package out of a sanitized machine i doubt they have one . Pedicure had no massage some lotion wipes on my legs . Half the toenails are not painted . I watched them empty the water not clean the foot bath and use the same tools on the next people . Fungus is a real deal and this is how it spreads. Now the best part . I had an acrylic fill done by Penny I assume the owner and the shouter ! She was in a foul mood said they don't take new people why did I not go to another place ! All I asked for was a nail to be replaced as it grows crooked from cutting it off in a door as a child .I change the tip every few months because it grows out hooked . First she refused to do it , then got nasty, then handed me the tip and put glue in my nail . It's not rocket science I've had a ton of nail people no one has an issue changing one tip. She put so much glue she got her finger stuck to mine . All she did was complain and race along . She managed to do a nice job but again no sterile tools used just digging in her box for stuff already used . I can't do dirty when it comes to nails . I asked to make another appointment out of desperation I thought i would bring my own tools . Being in a rural tiny town for the summer I have not found any other place so I said how about two weeks from today and she said no don't come back ! Pretty rude as she was happy to take my 100 dollars . On top of of the disgusting dirty place she says don't come back lol she did me a favor I found a beautiful new clean place to go to . Although everyone was pleasant and welcoming, the cleanliness was little to none. The foot bath was not lined with a clean, one-use liner nor cleaned in between customers. A standard salon would use fresh tools from a new packet for each person, yet tools were just kind of scattered about available to all techs. I was not impressed with the manicure I received as the tech did not take the time to shape or even the nails out, and my cuticles are untouched. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. The woman grinder my toe nails down so far that it went almost to the skin. I told her it was hurting and she didn't stop. My polish was done so sloppy, bubbled, didn't go to my nail bed, was uneven. I paid $80 for this. The next day, 6 of my toe nails were bleeding and had puss coming from under the polish. It was very painful soaking the polish off to discover that all of my toes were damaged. I called the salon and talked to the owner who said they wouldn't refund me but would "fix" it. I asked how they fix a service that has medical damage to....and he hung up and every time I called back, refused to speak to me. read more

Totally not worth your time or money, wanted simple gel nails. Came out looking like a 5 year old just painted them. Nail polish all round my finger not to mention the lady who did my nails was extremely rough, my thumb started BLEEDING. That could 100% lead to infection, not impressed. read more

We git there at 3:21. They close at 4pm immediately when I walked in the lady was already looking like what we wanted. 2 black nurses! One lady asked can she help us before we can respond they said we're closed. Instead of just saying that when we walked in knowing they was never going to service us. Very small shop but not bad for area. Haven't been able to find too many salons in this area. I was sent to this shop since they do dipping powder. I had to wait about 20 minutes due to only 3 nail techs working and they were full when I came in without an appointment. My nails look great though and the staff is friendly! read more

I'm not a local and used yelp to find a spot for a good mani-pedi before traveling on. The gentleman who welcomed me was kind and accommodating. That's where the positive experience ends. The woman who did my treatments never introduced herself. The pedicure was mediocre at best and I was rushed out of the chair for another client leaving my nails still wet. The manicure was lazy and such a disappointment. No buffing or nail bed cleaning. No cuticle trimming. She filed my nails, let them soak for a few seconds and slapped lotion on my arms. Perhaps I'm just accustomed to a better quality manicure. I will not be back. read more

Clean, well maintained, locally owned and run family business. The owners were amazing. I got a gel shellac manicure and was told to come back anytime if it started to peel, they would fix it for free. Price was VERY reasonable. The lady who did my nails chatted me up the entire time. And her husband and the guest next to us were all basically friends by the time I left. I HIGHLY recommend this spot. It's definitely a tucked away jewel. Quite a racket going on here. I have my nails done often and at times, out of town from where I reside. I go in and ask for a pink and white fill. 'Oh well you need to have yours taken off because we don't have the same shades of pink as everybody else. Otherwise it will look funny.' I have course don't want to look funny, so I say fine go ahead and just do whatever you need to do. After having the technician painstakingly peel off my old solar gel nails, she used acrylic nails for the tips even though I had them trimmed down very short. Why would you need to use an acrylic tip if you're going to use a solar acrylic powder to do the white tip? Right? Long story made short, I was charged $60 due to the fact that they had to remove my previous manicure, (would have been nice to have a warning on the added cost, but then that would defeat the purpose of taking money that they don't really need to take) and then a charge for the acrylic tips which were cut short anyways and not even of any use. Which by the way as I was sitting there another woman came in to have the same exact thing I had requested, a pink and white fill. The gentleman, assumed owner, asked where she had her's last done, she had stated in Texas. He stated to her 'ok I think I can match that pink' and didn't try to rip her off as I was. I guess I look like a sucker? (I would've questioned it except my nails were only a few minutes from being finished.) And if you're looking for a place to relax, it's not going to happen here. Although the technician that I had was very kind, the place is very tightly cramped, and the owners children are in the salon, at least a 10-month-old baby was, in a walker placed in a very awkward place where people would need to walk to get back and forth. Then the older daughter came home from school and started talking to her baby sister, all well and good but it was in the middle of a very cramped quarters making it very noisy. Would not recommend... I have never been charged that amount of money for my nails, ever. And as I said I have had them done in numerous towns, cities and states across the US. read more

Definitely will not go back. I had set up an appointment for my friend and me because they had told us they do nail art and 3d nail art for wedding nails. We went in and were told they do not do nail art. They do not use sterile equipment for each customerand they don't push back your cuticles or clean under your nails. Also when the gentleman did my nails he didn't even try to keep the gel nail polish off my finger tips and it started chipping the next day. Absolutely will never go back. read more
