However, she consistently blamed these issues on my wedding location--a semi-remote part of New England that she was fully aware of when she accepted my booking. After months of these problems, she ultimately cancelled our contract entirely due to yet another scheduling conflict. Despite providing no actual services beyond her own failed scheduling attempts, she has kept my deposit. I understand that vendors face legitimate challenges, and I made every effort to be flexible and understanding. But the pattern of deflecting responsibility, the repeated inability to fulfill her commitment, and keeping payment for services never rendered raises serious concerns about her reliability and business practices. If you're considering this vendor, particularly for a wedding outside a major city, I'd carefully weigh whether she can actually deliver on her promises.
