I want to start off with saying that I have gone to this salon a few times through out the years. I…read morehave never left extremely unhappy with what I've gotten. I will say they are over charge for what they are doing but they had always tried their best. It was more or less a convenience of being able to go without making an appointment. I went last Friday 8/7/26. I went in wanting a gel manicure. The person doing my nails was trying to convince me to get dip nails. As they always do. that is there job to and try and make more profit off of what they are doing to your nails. I said yes because I knew that if I didn't he would have kept trying to get me to switch to the dip instead of the gel manicure I asked for. I called today 8/11/26. Because over the week and on Monday I had multiple nails lift completely off and then a few that I just popped off my self because they were lifted and ripping my hair out any time I touched it. I told them that I do not want them fixed and I do not have time to get them fixed. I said that I was looking for some of my money back not even a full refund. They told me that they could not refund but if I came back they could look at them and we could "go from there". To say I am very unhappy is an understatement.

Today I went here at Diamond Nails & Spa with my 9-year-old daughter, and I was having such a good…read moreday. I picked out my color and was ready to enjoy some mother-daughter time. When I sat down, the nail technician started working on my nails. Before he began, I specifically asked him not to use a drill. He continued using one anyway. I was extremely uncomfortable and eventually started twitching because of how uncomfortable the grinding felt. Instead of listening to me or trying to make me comfortable, he told me, "Relax!" I explained to him that it's not easy to relax when you're uncomfortable. He continued being dismissive and rude. I then told him, "I'm paying you to do my nails, so you shouldn't be rude to me." His response? "Then go." So I got up and left. I was then told I had to pay $10 for removal, which I paid. Before leaving, I took a picture of the license displayed on the wall. He told me I couldn't take pictures, and then had the audacity to tell me that I was no longer welcome at the salon. Honestly, the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I came in happy, with my daughter, ready to have a nice experience. If a customer tells you they're uncomfortable, listen to them. Nobody should be made to feel bad for expressing discomfort--especially when they're paying for a service. I definitely won't be returning, and I wanted to share my experience so others can make their own decision. Customer service and respect matter. By the way he's the short Chinese guy who likes to talk inappropriately to costumers. Diamond Nails & Spa -- this is not how a paying customer should be treated.
