It got even more crowded as I was leaving. The pedicure was nice, they were great about giving updates about what was next and did apologize for the waits. I know other nail salons were closed due to lunar New Year and maybe that was why it was understaffed? I am not going to go back unless I have an appointment, and I would only do appts early in the day on a weekend or on a weekday.

The next day (!) someone called and let me know there would be a credit for the cost of my haircut if I wanted to call and reschedule the color, which is really the LEAST anyone could do, but honestly it was such an afterthought that I just have no desire to ever go back, credit or no. The haircut was ok (the second one) but I think I'm going to pass; this salon had one chance to make me feel pretty, and like I mattered.
