I feel that there is only one (really excellent) worker from the switch over (and she is super excellent so if you get her...you totally luck out). If you don't...the others are ok..decent job. The reason for the 3 stars is the pedicure chair kept stopping and I had to hit the button multiple times. I even asked them to help me make it stay on longer...they said "I don't know". Half of the pedicure experience is the massage chair. You would think that they would move me to a new chair...as all others were empty...nope. As I said..for me...the quality of manicure/pedicure is good, but the pedi chairs need an update...which is why I only gave it 3 stars.

I absolutely appreciate that you can see different techs without any awkwardness and always still receive the same high-quality results each time--it really speaks to how well the business is run I'd originally discovered the salon by following Judy and saw her there regularly. Then I stopped in on a Sunday (most convenient for me), I saw Linda who is equally as fabulous. Then a day Linda wasn't available, I saw Mirana which who I see most often now since our schedules match-up almost perfectly. I've yet to sit with Kim but know she is just as talented as the other ladies plus her & I have fun talking about clothes I used to do just shellac but am now totally committed to the Builder gel which lasts for me 3-4 weeks. Whereas, the shellac would peel off within days -but that's also because I have weak/thin nails and a picker ‍. Builder gel has been a miracle. SO, when a very picky person recommends a nail salon run, don't walk!

We checked in two women took us over to the pedicure chairs and had started our pedicures and it wasn't Kim again. It was my first time there so I didn't know who she was. The pedicures weren't bad, but we had to keep asking them to either cut my father's nails shorter, which the girl seemed afraid to do and then we both had problems with ingrown luckily Khoi was available to come over and check mine. He was super nice and friendly and welcoming. Again the pedicures were just OK. The technicians really didn't talk much or I think there was just a communication barrier. I do plan on going back only to see Kim or Khoi. I woke up today and I'm not sure what happened to my big toes. I have skin peeling that wasn't there before and my calluses on both of my big toes. Are this funny color extremely red and round this has never happened to me. So that's my only other concern. The atmosphere in the salon is great. It is super clean. Everyone seems to be friendly and the prices are reasonable again. I will be going again and I wish I got the two technicians names we saw because I wouldn't recommend them.
