Just stay away!! Without a doubt, the worst pedicure I've ever had. This was my second visit because I believe in second chances but there is no way I'm going back. Four times, the technician cut my nail so close that I jumped and said "Ouch!" I've never had a pedicure hurt. The OPI Infinite Shine polish was so thinned out that it looks like Dollar Store polish and the application was awful. read more

They have got new management. They did nice renovations to the place. The prices have gone up. My manicure and pedicure did not even last one week. Horrified that nail clippers were only sprayed with alcohol and not autoclaved. read more

Just moved to town from the coast and had a few favorite places there so it was hard for me to decide which place to pick here. Someone referred me to this place. They assisted me right away, but I had multiple people working on me which I thought was odd. My nails are not all the same length, there are a TON of bubbles in my polish, and my shape is not what I asked for to the point i might have to get these removed and start fresh. They are cheap though. So if you're looking for a bargain over quality this is your place. read more

Would not recommend this place, went in for a polish change and had paint all over my nails, then I told her (the owner) to re-do them she said that I was the one that messed them up and that she "didn't have time to play games", I told her to remove the polish because I was not going to pay for the service I didn't not properly receive and left. I went in for a fill in. The whole time I was trying to tell the guy I didn't like them. They were uneven an fat. Like they needed to be field down some more. It was like he was in a rush. Then we stop an I'm looking them an I'm telling him again. They don't look good I really don't like them I asked him if he could file them down some more an just fix them, clean it up. An he tells me he doesn't know to do he could take them off. An I'm already almost done so I was like no let's see how they look when ur done. I'm literally crying in the chair bc the way he was talking to me an the defeat I felt like he didn't care. 10mins latter he's done, there uneven, an thick, an he didn't even do my cuticles. So I was like I really don't like them, an I was telling why I didn't like them an it was just sat there for 5 mins then I was like I don't like them like I don't wanna pay for them. An he's mad an he's like I can take them off if you don't wanna pay. So I was like yes take them off an he literally cuts them, like just cuts them down to my real nail, an I was like ur not gonna take them off. That's when the other lady YELLS AT ME "NOOO" an I was like what u just said you would take them ooff bc I don't like them an now your just gonna cut them an sent me out an before I could finish that they were yelling at me again. July 14 at 3:55 PM I just have to vent for a moment. Today, I decided that I needed to get my toenail color changed. I usually go to T Nails beside Compadres in Siler City but they were busy and I didnt have much time. I then went across the road to Nails Elegance. They were able to get me in quickly, but I felt like they were rushing. Anyways, they got me done in the time I needed them to. While my nails were drying, I heard the owner (female) yelling at a customer and employee because the customer sat in the wrong chair. Easy mistake and nothing to get your panties in a wad about. Mind you, the place was full of people so everyone heard it. I sat there thinking, do I stand up for the customer and employee being yelled at, or do I ignore it since it had nothing to do with me? Well, my gut said, say something. I got up to pay, and walked up to the owner and said, "That is a paying customer and that's your employee! They did nothing wrong. Do you think that was appropriate to get upset about?" The owner replied, "I was not yelling at the customer! I was yelling at my employee!" Well at least the owner admitted she was yelling..lol. I told her that was not appropriate either so she proceeded to tell me how mean I was. If she thought I was being mean at that time, she doesn't know how mean I can be. (But actually, I'm not mean. I only felt that I needed to stand up for those two innocent people.) I ended up paying, I told them I would not be back, the owner said "good", and came up and scraped her finger across my newly painted nail, and I walked out! I felt that if I did not walk out at that moment, the situation may have escalated to the point of no return. What kind of person does something like that? Especially the owner of a business! They didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. I will assume it is because I'm African-American, and can only afford the basic service.

Don't go here if you want nice nails that last and if you don't want to be attacked by the manager with insults about your appearance. Had to go back and was treated unfairly by manager who insulted my boots and weight. So I paid for nails that fell off in a week and was told I had to pay to have them repaired and I was fat and had ugly boots. read more

I see why they only have 1 star...Got my nails down here 4 days later, 3 nails broke...when I went back to the store to get them fixed, the owner of the store wanted to charge me another 35.00 to fix them...then I was called a Bitch...I couldn't believe it...I never experienced anything like that at a nail salon....highly do not recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

Was there on Saturday 5/12/18. My daughter called to see if they had any openings just to do our nails, they said to come on in. When we arrived 5 minutes after calling, EVERY chair was full for pedicures and nails along with all the chairs for people waiting were full. We signed in, NEVER once did anyone ask if we could be helped. After standing there 3-4 minutes I witnessed the owner speaking to a young lady getting her nails done in a way that was NOT appropriate or necessary. He was almost to the point of yelling at her and never once did I hear the lady say a word. I looked at my daughter and said "let's go". I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE THEY CALL A NAIL SALON. Poorest service I have ever seen. read more

I went to nail elegance after saying I would Never return again, and was reminded of exactly why I said that. My friend and I went and received the WORST service. Not only did they paint our nails horrible but cut us to the point of bleeding, my cuticle was cut so deep that it looked like an infection was trying to come. I will never return and advise others not too as well. What is really bad is they use to be a very excellent nail shop... Not anymore. I'm only giving them one star because I had to rate. read more
