This is my new nearby place for a great, cheap-ish pedicure. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after being told to go "treat yo self" by my BF and his credit card. Awesome that this place is open on Sundays as a lot of the other nail salons nearby are not. The guy who did my pedi was friendly, nice to chat with and took his time on all the different parts of the deluxe pedicure that I decided on. The place itself doesn't have too many bells and whistles, but it doesn't reek of acrylic either, which was nice. It's been almost two weeks and my polish still looks great (minus a ding from my BF stepping on my foot with work boots). I will be heading back for another soon, I'm sure. read more

I was rushed to choose a color and I chose to do dip. When finished, the polish was on my skin as well. The dip was excessively thick. A phone call on a personal cellphone was answered while my nails were being painted. They rushed me in and rushed me out. Would not recommend. read more

Hovering between 2 and 3 stars here, but ultimately, yeah, I've had better. My cousin and I had appointments Saturday at 2. We didn't get into the pedi chairs until 2:30. Her tub was broken, so no jets in the water. The techs were capable, to be sure, but not very friendly. Also, no one in the place was talking. At all. We walked in and I thought we'd entered a library or something. The results were good, but I've had more thorough pedicures for the same price at other salons. You can go in for a full set and leave with a 55$ nails not knowing on top on sitting for over an about sitting with a pedicure with cold towels on your legs. The fact you that the sign says 35$ for a full set two people were charged 110$ for nails it doesn't make sense to me. read more

This place is just not worth the money, the time and the anger that takes over when they tell you "5 minute wait" and you end up waiting for 40 minutes! I have tried every nail technician who works there by now and not one of them can do a decent job. read more

I stopped in here on Saturday to get a gel manicure. They said it would be a about a 30 minute wait which I thought was pretty good for a Saturday afternoon. The salon was extremely clean and bright. They also offer bottles of water. I was not 100% in love with my manicure. She literally cut my nails and buffed them. She did not file them to make sure there weren't sharp edges or make sure they were even. She did do a great job painting them and the gel looks pretty flawless. When it came time for the massage, it was about 1 minute to lotion up and massage both hands/arms. A bit disappointing. I would say this place does good work but maybe I just didn't get there at a good time. While the manicure looks ok...I was extremely disappointed in the time that was taken on my nails. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. A little too short for what I'm used to! They accept credit cards but prefer you tip in cash....like most places. read more

My first visit here I was happy the wait time, on a Saturday, was only about 10 minutes. But as soon as I sat down, my technician started making phone calls while working on my cuticles. She seemed much more interested in having her friend bring her Starbucks than working on my nails. The shellac color is very beautiful, a light sparkly purple. But she only did 2 coats of color, where almost every other salon I go to does 3. The color ended up quite sheer but that's not the point, with only 2 coats of color it has started to chip and fade after only 1 week of wear when I've had up to 3 weeks wear from other salons. She also did not give me any oil on my cuticles upon finish. I would come back but I would feel the need to request an extra coat of color. read more

I love coming here. I have lived close to this place for a while, and never came by. I went to so many other places just to be highly disappointed. I have never had a bad experience here. Of course, my favorite person is Karen. She is so so so so good at what she does!!! My nails are always perfect. They last so long, and the prices are SUPER!!!! I usually go to a brow bar for my brows, because i like them to be a specific way. this last time I was at Nails CO, I asked Karen to wax them because they were such a mess and I didnt have time to go elsewhere. She did the most awesome job! I will be coming back to Karen for all manis, pedi, and now brows for the rest of my life! read more

Love this place. Have gone three times for pedicures and about 10 times for shellac finger nails. Always clean. Always pleasant. The shellac has always lasted three full weeks! Nice people. Great with the kids I've seen there. Even let me bring my poodle in once. read more

I got a gel manicure and it really came out beautiful, she did a great job. However she kept going back-and-forth between myself and someone else who she was getting a pedicure. Which was annoying, I would've preferred for her to finish with the first person before asking me to sit. And what annoyed me the most is the entire time she was either talking on her cell phone or texting on it, literally could not put it down for more than five minutes. It took almost an hour for just a shellac manicure. It was also $30 which I find to be more than most places in the area. I'd probably give it another try if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to come here. read more

Not very happy, was argued about a crooked nail and someone else than my technician had to fix the problem. Was not greeted, and the lady I was talking to was mumbling. Told me the wrong price at the beginning of the service at the end it was much more than expected. It was dark inside. I went to Nails and CO for the first time and they got me right in which was great. Although the staff was not friendly at all. I tried to make conversation because it was really awkward for me I felt like they didn't want to service me or was mad because I chose nail polish over shellac. Which is ridiculous, I don't believe the staff said more than two words not even a thank you after I paid. There are many nail salons around and I wish customer service was more important to them. read more

I was a regular client until this last visit, staff member not dressed appropriately boobs and butt hanging out. My husband had lotion all over his leg and my guy just put his hands in the air and said finished. Didn't put my flip flops on.. didn't direct me to dryer? Overall it was a good pedicure but my tech was on her phone yelling at her kid almost the entire time she did my pedicure...at one point she even got up let out a big grunt and stomped away to the back. I had been going to this salon for about a year. I was always polite and always tipped as well. About a month ago I went in and they said to come back another day, I gave them another chance because they were busy. Well today I was told the same thing,even though they were open for 3 more hours and only had one other person waiting.I explained that this was my only day off and was just told " sorry but come back another day". It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I went to another nail salon in the area called Top Pro Nails,they were so much friendlier and did a great job!They also informed me that they would never turn a customer away.
