Lily and Cindy are so friendly, always accommodating and provide quality nail services. Cindy is the Queen of Pink and White Nails and knows exactly how I like my nails. I always tease her that she's more of a perfectionist than I am when it comes to my nails- she definitely takes pride in her work. I highly recommend Nails by Lily.

If you're looking for a new nail place, steer away. I was absolutely disappointed coming here for…read morethe first time. 1. I came in with manners, super excited to get my nails done in a new place. They tell me to go sit down and pick a color. I show them a picture of what I want and tell me "YOU GOTTA PICK IT" "WHICH ONE YOU WANT" 2. The lady that was working on my hands, kept going back and forth with people!! - did not see her wash her hands once, in between these people . 3. I was there for almost 3 HOURS. For a simple gel manicure & regular pedicure 4. Instead of taking off my gel the proper way, with the acetone and aluminum, they filed it with the machine, making my nails SOOOO WEAK. When I had been working on my nail growth, now I have to be so careful cause they're so weak. I was trying to keep my patience and manners the whole way through. They still came out presentable, but regardless, customer service wasn't it & the quality is so not there. Please look elsewhere, The vibe gives classic nail salon, very back in the day lol The reason they get 2 stars, is for accepting Venmo & cause maybe they did try, but definitely not worth it and so unhygienic.

I came in with a design in mind, just a general vision for my upcoming cruise, and she was super honest with me and explained what she thought would be a better fit for me. I struggle with making decisions so I was extremely happy with her taking the lead and she completely nailed it (literally). Kaia is so confident in her craft and created a classy, sexy ombré set that looks like it came straight out of a tropical sunset...better than anything I could have picked myself. She's extremely talented and detail-oriented...my nails are perfectly smooth with no bumps, and the little touches of artwork she added made them so eye-catching. I also really appreciated how she chose an almond shape that perfectly complements my petite hands. It made such a difference! On top of all that, she has a fun, sassy personality that made the whole experience even better. I will 100% be back. Highly recommend Kaia if you want nails that stand out in the best way!

This is my second visit to Castle Nails with GiGi, and I've had such a great experience with her!…read more I used to always get builder gel on my natural nails, but GiGi recommended that I try Gel-X. Since I work with my hands every day as a professional Makeup & Hair Artist doing bridal, production, photoshoots, and more, having nails that feel strong, durable, and still look beautiful is really important to me. She took the time to explain why Gel-X could be a great option for me and how to keep my natural nails healthy underneath. I absolutely loved how my first set turned out, so of course I came back to see her again today for a new style! GiGi is so sweet, patient, knowledgeable, and really takes her time with you. She's also so much fun to chat with, which makes the whole appointment even better! I really appreciate that she explains what she's doing and gives you helpful information about your nails along the way. Castle Nails is a nice and calm vibe and environment. Highly recommend GiGi at Castle Nails -- definitely go see her!
