Nail tech was great agreed with service a quoted $ price before service .... but was told after…read moreservice that the girl had given me the wrong quote. They said they were sorry .... its gonna be $10 more because she quoted me wrong. I think they should have at least discounted or took their loss because it wasn't my doing ...other than that the place is very nice and clean. The prices are a little higher than most in the area also the employees talk among each other throughout your whole service, which is not very relaxing. plus when I get a gel set at other salons I'm also given a little massage with the service didn't get it here so I guess I won't be coming back.

I've been looking for a nail salon like this for what feels like forever. The difference here is that they genuinely care. From the second you walk in until you leave, you feel taken care of. The lounge chairs are actually comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing, the massages are amazing, and nobody rushes through your appointment or cuts corners. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Autumn completely changed my nails. Every other salon kept pushing dip, even though it would always crack and break on me. She suggested builder gel instead, explained why it would be a better fit, and my nails have never looked or felt better. That alone earned my trust. The quality of their work is incredible, and everyone there is kind, attentive, and truly wants you to leave happy. I'm a pretty high-maintenance woman when it comes to beauty services, so I don't hand out compliments easily. This is hands down the best nail salon I've found in Orange County. If you've been bouncing from salon to salon trying to find "your place," stop looking. This is it.

They do great pedicures! The manicures, not so much. I have had a manicure done twice now with gel polish which should last, at least, two weeks before chipping. Both times, the paint is chipping by the next day. It's been less than I week since I've had my gel manicure done, and all but three of my nails, the paint is chipping. It's not worth the money, let alone the extra cost for gel polish. Disappointed multiple times with the manicure now. But again, the pedicures are great!
