Today I finally filled up my stamp card, it was my 10th visit today with 50% off my services so I got the peppermint pedicure with a 15 min. Hot stone massage but changed out the peppermint for orange. Then after my builder gel fill with Jenny, I had an incredible paraffin treatment for my dry hands. Pure bliss! They have a current special going on if it's your bday you get 20% and if you bring a friend you get 10%! Booked my hubby for a pedi treat next nail appt. Bring AirPods if you don't like noise. One thing I loved right away was their drink menu with both alcoholic and non alcoholic options. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and it was creamy smooth and such a nice treat during my services. I got their Organic Luxury Pedicure and this is where they really stand out compared to other salons. They use fresh organic ingredients and offer multiple massage options including hot stones tools and a massage gun. Instead of using a harsh callus scraper they use a callus remover gun which was gentle but very effective. My legs felt deeply moisturized and my heels were incredibly smooth without any discomfort. For my nails I came in with Gel X already on. They did not do a brand new full set which I appreciated. Instead they helped me by doing a builder gel refill fixing the shape cleaning up my cuticles and making my nails look fresh again. Everything looked so much cleaner and more balanced when I left. I also appreciated that all gel based services come with a two week guarantee which really shows how much they care about quality and customer satisfaction. Dec., 2024 Had a man do my pedicure from Hell. First he cut…read moremy nail so short I jumped at the pain and was surprised it didn't bleed. Then he found a hang nail and proceeded to tug at it at the opposite growth direction, that DID make me bleed. I had to stop him and said please just cut it! I also told him I had a problem with ingrown toe nails so what does he do? He cuts the side of my big toe nail in the direction of the cuticle; this is the exact opposite of how to cut a nail, it should be horizontal. He put some kind of green liquid on it touching the tip of the applicator to my nail, a sanitary no-no. I considered walking out but I'd already instructed him and he finally settled down. That night my toe started throbbing so I kept Neosporin on it until finally I felt I'd better see a doctor. He prescribed a cream and antibiotics! DO NOT GO HERE! Update April 2025 Since having a pedicure here I still have a hard time wearing closed shoes. If I do wear closed toed shoes, I have to bandage my toe first which had the infection caused by this shop. I suspect I now have a fungus which is very hard to get rid off and medications are often prescribed to cure it which can take up to a year! I'm not willing to subject myself to that so I'm just very vigilant about keeping my feet clean and trimmed. No more pedicure spas for me!

But after Tillie sold about 5-6 months ago, this place felt chaotic and kind of abandoned. But there is a new owner now, and the calm, spa-like vibe is back!! The owner is new and present, which makes a huge difference. I expect positive changes as she makes this place her own. I opted for the Simply Pedicure which is $32 includes Light massage, exfoliation, manual callus remover and polish. My tech was Tom and communication with him was very easy which I appreciated. He checked on the temperature of the water on the temperature of the hot towel and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciate that it didn't hurt and he didn't make me bleed when clipping my cuticles which has happened at other salons. He especially did a nice job because my right great toenail had fallen off from tennis and has grown back slightly deformed yet he was still able to paint it so it looks semi-normal! I will return and bring my younger daughter to try the brow waxing which is only $12 as we are looking for a new brow place as well.
