Honestly I really wanted to love this place but I was unfortunately disappointed…read more I asked for cat eye nails and showed an inspo picture. My nail tech showed me the book of options and I loved one of the blue cat eye nails. When the paint went on my fingers it appeared to be just sparkly blue. The nail tech saw my disappointment and asked if I liked it and I expressed that it was not cat eye but more of a sparkly paint. I don't really like sparkly paint so I hated it. She asked if I wanted to change it and when I asked if it would be too difficult, she said yes because she already added a second layer. When I discussed it more she said that they don't have the right paint that matched the book of cat eye nails she showed me and I was thinking, then why didn't you tell me beforehand that you couldn't do the cat eye. So I felt stuck with it and left unhappy. I am also bothered with how thick the nail is. It's like a shell on top.

This is the best price I have seen for this in years!!! My friend made an appointment for herself and I at 4pm, we got there at 3:30 and they accommodated us and had us seated right away-- which I really appreciate! I went in last Tuesday for a full set with gel x. Starts at 65, and I requested extra long which I…read morewas quoted an extra $10. Perfectly fine. Except they actually don't have the extra long in stock, she was going to just apply the Long tip halfway down my nail bed. I declined and asked for the extra long tips I'm paying for. She then took out "xtra xtra long" and said $85 for these. So completely skipped over extra long and still charged me. Whatever , I agreed because benefit of the doubt. Once the foundation is laid, they ask me what designs I want. I showed them several pictures as inspiration and described what I would like, open to all suggestions and directions. They quoted me an additional $75 on top of the $85, and although I was completely shocked , I figured I was just out of my budget and needed to pick another design. Everything I suggested was $60+ on top of $85. Finally I asked ok what about French tip?! They said $25 extra. Okay, very expensive but I hope they look good. Keep in mind the entire time, only 1 person in the whole salon spoke English and whenever I would ask a question, my tech would yell for the English speaker very annoyed as if I was a problematic customer. I also got a full set gel x pedicure, and needed one nail repaired as it's growing back from falling off. When my tech was removing dead skin from the sides of my nail bed, she snipped my skin and cut me. In total for full set xtra long French tip and French tip gel x pedicure, I paid $190 not including tip. 3 days later, my repaired toe nail came off. Okay, maybe it was just too small of a nail. BUT THEN ON THE 4TH DAY, MY FINGERNAIL BREAKS IN HALF. $190 for basic nails, that break not even a full business week later. So disappointed, will never come back.

She ran over 40 minutes with…read moreher previous client and there wasn't anywhere to sit for that entire time because her clients kids were laying across the seating area. said "I'm almost done" when I walked in so I waited.. I wish she would've let me know in advance she was running late. I was bothered by the fact that my tech has no sense of urgency, didn't acknowledge me the entire time she was finishing her client. She even walked past me outside with her client to take photos of her nails while already running late af. I really wanted to walk out and get my nails done somewhere else but my card was on file and I was afraid I'd be marked as a no show even though I was on time. I finally get sat down, I expressed that I was upset but she didn't seem to care or know how to react at all. The owner, Wendy was super nice and still trying to make my experience a good one. I appreciated that. I even apologized because I felt like I came off so rude, but can you blame me? The rest of the appointment went fine, we talked a bit and she did pretty much what I asked for but now that I'm home I really feel like I was ripped off. If my birthday wasn't the next day, I would've tried to find somewhere else to go.. I spent like $165 on a pedicure and gel x set with designs. Please see the designs in my photo. I did compliment my nails, I did tell her that I'd really liked them because the French she did on my toes was good! but when I got home and actually examined the work on my hands up close, the chrome isn't even that well done. The designs she drew on were sloppy! I posted my nails in a nail fb group for an opinion on my nails and experience and everyone told me it was 100% not worth what I paid. They said the execution was bad and she was unprofessional, which I agree. They were even surprised she didn't give any type of courtesy discount considering how late she was. $3 off my callus removal is not sufficient lol. They have a 15 minute grace period for late clients, they should really have something in place for when their techs are 40+ mins late. I honestly wouldn't come back. Way way overpriced.
