Today, we found this nail salon on Yelp and it was close to our hotel so we could walk over. The…read morereviews were not great so I was a little apprehensive but it was the most convenient for us while on a time schedule. The salon is very clean and there are lots of choices for services. We chose the spa pedicure and manicure. My manicure was perfect ... I really like how she was efficient and paid attention to detail. The polish is just right. When I booked the appointment, I thought I was clear to get a mani/pedi at the same time, but they do the pedi first then the mani ... which can take a bit longer. I asked to please have both together and they did make that happen after a little push back. I'm grateful they made it happen. Next time, I will be very clear to request both services together.

Pedicure was fine, but the manicure not so much…read more The tech filed my nails very unevenly and I had to keep asking her to hit corners here and there. The manicure also took way longer than mine usually do. I will say the gel manicure lasted exactly two weeks before chipping, which is a pretty good run. Everyone who worked there was friendly too.

I liked, too, that they told me how long to stay under the dryers and when to press the button for another cycle-- most places just leave you to navigate it alone and you're just sitting there like, "can I go?" My nails did chip after a few days, but that's really standard (especially on your dominant hand) with regular nail polish manicures. My only recommendation from other nail places is maybe have a movie on in the background-- the news is just so hard to watch these days, but it is better than nail salons that play SVU on a loop. And maybe try to find some long-lasting nail polish like Dazzle, that supposedly lasts 2 weeks.

Parking [2/5]- Super limited in a shared plaza. I've been really lucky to have gotten a parking spot there twice (once to get my nails done and today to get them removed) I don't know if there's additional parking elsewhere in the back so this rating only pertains to the front. Reception [5/5]- I forget her name but she was incredibly sweet and competent and that's what I like. You're essentially the face of the business so if I'm a first time customer and I get a rude or incompetent person answering the phone, best believe you're not getting my money. Color Selection [5/5]- they have SO many choices from regular to gel to dip, it was overwhelming. They have fake nails to show you what your dip color will look like so that was helpful. Interior [5/5]: really clean, big and spacious. It's a nice setup with the waiting area to the manicure and pedicure stations. Dip Manicure [5/5]: I unfortunately forgot her name but she was fantastic. I wanted a pink white color and was having a hard time deciding between two colors and asked if she could mix. She asked me to describe the color I wanted and afterwards she's like I know the color you're describing and picked out the perfect color.
