Anywhere I have ever went cuticle care is part of the mani. I could have went back and forth with them about cuticle care but it wasn't worth the energy. They should make it clear with a sign that you would have to pay extra. It's not the cost either. It's the principle.

My nail shape and color looked good at the end; I was surprised how long she spent filing my nails but never got around to trimming the cuticles or applying any cuticle oil. Typically I go to Angel Tips, but their wait was too long. I was in a time crunch. 2 stars for being available. $98 for both manicures. Update: went to work and 2 nails broke the SAME day I got them done because they used regular gel instead of UV gel. I went back and asked for my money back and they blamed me for "not being careful". Rudest nail techs I've ever experienced. Highly recommend not going there, even in an emergency.

I don't know if all these negative reviews are for the correct place. I've never had to wait more…read morethan 10 minutes, they do a wonderful job (I get a gel mani), and they're beyond affordable! My mani lasts two weeks and is smooth and beautiful. They do cuticles too which is AMAZING because I think it makes it look better and last longer. I've been to three different manicurists here and they consistently have been great. I also brought my 3.5 yo daughter and they were amazing with her. They're easy to understand and also listen to what you have to say as a client. I was born with syndactyly and unfortunately two of my finger nails are quite different and very very sensitive. EVERY salon I've been to either makes it uncomfortable by not painting it, making a comment, or a weird noise when they see it. If they do paint them, they miss part of the nail...Not ONE single person here has done that. In fact, they are gentle, kind, and thorough. I have to give extra props to LuLu who was all of the above: gentle, friendly, great communication, great manicurist...she also went the extra mile when I was indecisive about color by showing me the two I was between on my nails. It was an extra step for her but she offered and gracefully. Speaking to the environment-they have at least 14 people working. They have plenty of stations. Are they spotless -no, but they also have a revolving door of customers. Ive never been when they open, but I'm sure they start out much cleaner than they are by the end of the day...They've always used new tools on my nails! The look is more like the nail salons from the 90s/that were in the mall. If you're looking for fancy then maybe this isn't the place, but if you want a great gel mani (or a mani for a child) that is well done, lasts and is affordable I HIGHLY recommend.

The nail tech and a co worker wiped it down carelessly. The Nail tech had on gloves before he started working on my nails and did not give me a chose of colors. I said I'd like a dark plum or red, and he pointed me toward the colors. I chose one. then he continued service with dirty gloves. The polish was thick and didn't go on smoothly. he poured acetone into the bottle, he told me the polish was old and gel polish was better. I said I preferred regular polish. He did a fair job. I usually do my own but decided to give myself a treat. the experience was disappointing. While I was waiting for my nails to dry he seated another customer and did not clean his station and he started working on her hands with the same gloves. It was gross and unprofessional. I won't be going back. I only gave a one star otherwise I would not be able to post this.
