I really appreciated how Gabby took the time to make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease and how she scraped off all the dead skin and dirt underneath the cuticles of my Toenails. I chose a pretty sparkly blue color called "Jade Platinum" from their color selection and was so satisfied with the end result! It's the perfect shade to wrap up the hot summer season with a shade so cool and refreshing for the eyes :0) The Deluxe Spa package is a terrific deal, it includes a soothing and fun sugar scrub and an amazing foot massage too. I paid $50 before my tip, the Deluxe Package is $35 and an extra $15 for the Gel upgrade. I recommend upgrading for the Gel Add on because the color lasts so much longer! I came in around 3 PM for a simple acrylic removal, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst…read morenail experiences I've had. One technician started removing my acrylic, but after about five minutes, I was switched to another technician. The first technician was using a nail drill that looked like a barrel bit , while the second technician used a sanding bit. Once acetone was applied, the acrylic on my right hand came off fairly easily. My left hand, however, was a completely different story. Because of the way the acrylic was filed down, the second technician had to repeatedly file my left hand to get the remaining acrylic off. Instead of safely removing the acrylic, she over-filed my natural nail, especially my thumb. The side of my nail was left extremely thin and it is now VERY painful. The difference between my two hands is obvious in the pictures. I understand that nail removal can take time, but there is a big difference between safely removing acrylic and over-filing someone's natural nail to the point that it becomes extremely thin and painful. I am very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.

There was space I could put my other nail down into between the gel x and my real nail. Angie asked if it would be ok to just fill in the space with more gel and cure it...I declined,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as if I'm not paying $60-70 for my nails. I'm very frustrated in the time that was wasted,I just had a baby so I had planned it out perfectly and was excited and then the job was not done correctly, I feel as if every time I go I always get elite nail techs and never have to double check and can relax, but at this visit I saw my nails turning up and noticed something was wrong. I'm not sure if I will return to this salon again, and I'm disappointed as I just moved to the area. She was in such a hurry to clip my nails off.
