The owner knew I was upset but still charged me full price(she wasn't my nail tech) I had asked for a French tip and she couldn't do it so I settled with the soft pink she had previously put on and she had to have given me 10 coats of polish. I was looking forward to getting my nails done here and I had an appointment for almost a month and a half that I was waiting on and this is how I was treated. I would have been willing to reschedule if she was actually nice. Will never ever recommend and will never be back to actually try.
