The owner knew I was upset but still charged me full price(she wasn't my nail tech) I had asked for a French tip and she couldn't do it so I settled with the soft pink she had previously put on and she had to have given me 10 coats of polish. My skin was covered in polish and trying remove it caused bleeding and bruising.

She just got a nail file and filed my nails so much that they hurt. Then just painted over the existing paint and made it even worse. I will not be back.
