I did not receive the services I had requested, and the employee who did my pedicure said she had only two tools. My toenails were not cut, and overall the service received was sub par and not worth my time (we drove an hour one way) or the money paid. Again, the technician was extremely professional and kind. He was rushed the whole time, I told him the length was good but then continued to sand them down shorter, making it pointless that I got tips added. Then I told him I wanted a beige/nude color and he puts on baby pink. He gave me attitude when I told him that wasn't the right color. When he got the correct color, it wasn't enough coverage to cover up the light pink of the acrylic. Then the shape wasn't even at all, my cuticles are a mess and they are really thick. He did a full set in under 45 minutes and pushed me out the door as fast as possible.
