Service: At the start of the service she was already rough. The drill seems to be set at HIGH, constantly burning you. When your hand goes into that light expect it to burn... a lot of pain I don't usually experience and I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks religiously. Design: I asked for stars design and provided a inspo pic. I'm very aware and considerate that designs will never turn out exactly like an inspo pic. However, half of them don't even look like she TRIED to make stars. I think the girl who did them is the owner so of apparently she does not mind doing half work.... I would have respected being told if a design is too challenging to recreate or it's out of their comfort zone... I still paid and even tipped because I do respect people's time. Upon arrival they then bumped the price up to a whopping $105 I asked how it went all the way up to the price and I was met was sheer disrespect! "You don't know anything about nails" and "if you don't want the nails done don't get them done" clearly, I don't understand the price breakdown and yes I do want my nails done I just want to understand how and why $40 was added. That's why I'm asking? I then asked for the menu or a menu of some sort so that I can calculate the breakdown of it and the menu stated that the service that I asked for was indeed no more than $85. The male that was supposed to be doing my nails, then got upset as well because I was asking for a menu he walked away without saying anything and told the woman who was at the front desk to do my nails. Mind you, This is my first time EVER going here might I add. Clearly they were trying to get over on me. There's no telling how many people they've done this too before I do not recommend going here. I've been going to her for years, and somehow she just keeps getting better and better every time. Not only is her work flawless, but she's incredibly fast. For example, I got a French gel manicure done in just 40 minutes--and it was perfect. I genuinely don't know how she does it. The quality she delivers is top-tier, and honestly, she could (and probably should) be charging more. Her pricing is surprisingly reasonable considering how exceptional her work is. Beyond the nails themselves, the service is just as amazing. Katrina is kind, professional, and truly cares about her clients. She's not just talented--she's a great person. 10/10 recommend.

For my most recent appointment on February 20th, I did not reschedule, and I was not over 10 minutes late. I arrived at 9:08. You texted me that you could not see me if I was more than 10 minutes late, but you saw me because I was within that grace period, not as an "accommodation". I have never arrived after your 10-minute grace period, and there were several instances where I arrived 10 minutes early and let you know I was ready. I strongly disagree with your statement regarding my daughter's behavior. You claimed she was not seated quietly and made you uncomfortable, which is entirely false. My daughter remained seated the entire time, and we barely spoke because of the uncomfortable atmosphere you created upon our arrival. However, I was very disappointed by our recent interactions. After having to reschedule an appointment in February due to illness, I encountered an emergency on the day of my rescheduled visit when my babysitter canceled and I was 8 minutes late. While I am aware of Gina no-child policy, I brought my 10-year-old daughter with me to my last appointment to avoid a second cancellation. Despite my daughter being quiet and respectful during the appointment, it was clear that Gina was very upset. I accepted a shortened service at the time to accommodate the situation. However, when I attempted to book a new appointment yesterday, Gina canceled it and informed me that she would no longer be servicing me and to find another nail tech. While I value the quality of her work, I feel that Gina's customer service in this instance was handled poorly, especially considering my history as a loyal client who has referred others to her. I have already apologized to her for the inconvenience, but I wanted to express my disappointment in how this was handled. As a retaliation she cancelled appointments with whom I referred her to based off the connection to me. This is not a negative comment but an HONEST REVIEW of how Gina speaks & treat clients.
