I've been coming here to Sandy's studio for well over a year now and I'm not stopping anytime soon. She has been the only person who has actually been able to grow out my nails. I've always had short stubby nails and they've grown so much, I almost can't believe they're real! She is a true artist and expert! I've done so many different cool designs and she only gets better and better. Her gel manis last so long, much longer than other places I've been to in the past, which is yet another reason why I'm not going anywhere else EVER. I saw a previous review that mentioned her manicure didn't last, I'm just wondering if she's confusing Sandy for another studio (since it's in a beauty mall) because her manicures LAST LONG, like long enough to grow your nails big time. I could attach a whole album of my nails, but I'll just show you how short my nails used to be compared to how long they are now (shiny blue nails are the most recent).

When she was drilling off my gel, I jumped on one of the nails because she hurt me and did it to hard, she looked at me like I was crazy and kept going. And lastly, I booked for a hard gel which is $50, and instead she chose to do luminary that was $55 without telling me (aside from my add on). It's not about the $5 difference because I paid for it anyway but it's the principle of trying to scam and overcharge customers. I had never been to "U Beauty Bar" before, but I was happy to get a next-day appointment with the talented Alejandra Sanchez (Instagram: @styledbyalejandra)! When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was friendly and offered me coffee. Alejandra was very welcoming, friendly, and listened to my requests. She gave me a balayage on my natural undyed hair and the results were amazing! She was very thorough and attentive to all of my questions throughout the process. Alejandra also made sure that I was comfortable and explained all the steps to me so I would know what to expect. As I was getting my nails done they ask how you are going to pay before you even finish. So I was already paying for my nails before I left which I found ridiculous. It was $61 for regular pedi and gel mani. A total ripoff for the work that they do. The receptionist is in another world. She doesn't wear her mask either. The lady told me that she did and I told her I'll be there in 15-20 min. She told me it was okay. I arrived to the location they had on google by 9:20 am and I drove around the shopping center and the salons was not there. I parked and called 3 times and nobody picked up the phone. By 10:02am a lady called me saying that she missed the call and told me to head over there to fit me in and that she will call me back because she was having issues with the computer. She gave me the new address. At 10:16am, the owner called me telling me she could fit me in by 1:30pm when I was already parking my car. I don't know what's going on but the back and forth is a pain, specially when this is not the only thing you have to do during the day.

Okay so the lack of service continues for this establishment. Went back to fix the poorly done…read morenails, they did the two nails only that the Gel product lifted and used a totally different color polish than the original, I left there saying okay at least these two were fixed. Today four days after the original service I am using nail glue to hold the others together. I called the Venetian Nail Spa- spoke to the owner. She told me if I wanted them all redone I should have said so. Said I was very rude when she tried to speak over me and I would not let her.
