He filed them so thin they are see thro and bend be putting my hand in my pocket. The skin that grows under my nails is now longer than my actual nails, they are cut unevenly and hurt. He left polish on them from the old manicure. I have nothing protecting the skin under my nails either since the nail was cut off of the skin. The only good thing about my "manicure " is my cuticles look good. So very disappoint and this salon was the one highest suggested by people in town. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing tho.

The first time was for a full set (great), the second time was for a fill (also great) then this last time is why I am writing this review. I usually spend over an hour here, this time it was MAYBE 45 minutes, that's being generous. Jennifer did my fill and it seemed like she was in a rush. I'll attach pictures but my nails turned out so bad that I had to fix them at home. While fixing them, I noticed that she barely filled anything. What was I charged for then exactly? Pricing here is a little wonky. I was charged 55 for a full set, 52 for a fill my first time (I did have a shape change) then this time it was 50 for the fill.. Unfortunately I will not be back and will be sticking to doing my own nails at home.

I came in for a gel manicure and was seated right away. I showed the man a picture of what I wanted and he made some suggestions and they turned out great. I would have given this place 5 stars except: 1. No hand massage. At the end, he was busy and going between another gal and myself so I did not get the usual hand massage and I felt rushed. She slapped & gave me such a percussion massage J thought she was trying to excise my Demons. She did a great job considering I don't wash my hair often. Yah, don't gross out on me, I use peppermint oil in between washes & those in women in the late 1800s with their long tresses didn't use Pantene. This girl got layers and layers of oil and dry shampoo outta my hair. I scalp feels thoroughly clean. I don't know if she used a scrub hair brush or her nails but whatever it did the job. The room is small and actually could use more lighting. My only complaint is that I wish I had a heated blanket, some socks, and some soothing music. Maybe over time they will improve and upgrade this room. They also offer this service with a face wash and a facial, but not this time around. Anyhoo, the same tech who did my pedicure also did my shampoo. Vibe was busy. I came at 10am because I thought that's when they open, Nope, they open at 9:30am. I was somewhat expecting something close to what you see online and it fell short. First, the room is not very dim or relaxing like you'd expect. Ok that's fine. There's no music or anything calming playing so you hear everyone in the nail salon. They also just use the normal hair spray hose thing when they rinse your head. The hair washing was nice but after a while of her doing the same spot with her nails, it wasn't as relaxing. I just wanted it to be over. She did cleanse my face and rub it a little. For the facial, she just rubbed the excess stuff from the sheet mask package on my face and then put the sheet mask on. I was expecting a different type of mask for some reason. She also never put on the hair treatment serum. She blow dried my hair after but that was it. Also, I tried to put my phone number before I paid so I could get points and she wouldn't let me. She had another girl come over and just kept asking if I had points and I tried to explain I wanted to put my number in. I eventually gave in and just paid and left. I'm not sure id I'd come back but if I did, it wouldn't be for the platinum. You're better off booking the cheaper one and doing your own sheet mask at home and saving $30.00. Also, when looking at the packages, the length of the service varies. One says 60 mins and when you go to book it says 75 minutes. But it is for 60 minutes.
