I clearly told the lady I just wanted a clean up nothing crazy and she says yes cleanup then afterwards I told her this is too much this isn't what I wanted you went up too high and she say "oh you wanted it down? It's okay it's okay" what's done is done. Now my eyebrows are uneven, rounded, and nothing like what I asked for.
