I typically go to Vu but due to him being out of town, me and my mother had to go to other nail techs. I was serviced by Kelly for a pedicure and have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with a service here, than I was today. Me and my mother are here getting serviced and my mother's nail tech Tommy asked which pedicure and I chose Hers. Without even asking, my nail tech Kelly automatically assumed I was getting the same pedicure and gave me the wrong one and switched after I told her I didnt want that one. I also get acrylic on my two big toes. I always vocalize how I like them shaped and no one can ever do them right except for my typical nail tech Vu. So I ask if I am able to shape my one toe to show how I prefer The shape. She then proceeded to ask me to continue so she can take a video. I am adamant about letting her know I would Prefer not to be recorded. And then she continues to press and ask multiple times after I said no. So then she pull out her phone and still records me anyway. It was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing. And now she has a video of my face in her phone with which she could do anything with or post anywhere without my knowing, or consent. I am very upset to say the least.

This high-end nail salon is nestled in a stunning location with breathtaking views and a vibrant…read moreatmosphere that instantly draws you in. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the setting: Ample wide parking, a lively pub/casino right next door with music that spills into the lot, and an ambiance that feels glamorous and inviting. Stepping inside, you'll encounter a beautifully decorated space featuring a chic gift shop, a stylish bar, and colorful nail design options to choose from. The nail service itself typically is precise and usually takes about 1 hour of time. The nail technicians are independent artists, each with their own vibe, energy, personality, and technique that one can get to know and work with. The good thing is that there are plenty of artists to choose from, making it simple to discover which style and which person one "clicks" with the most. The first time full nail-set can be quite pricey, so I recommend keeping things simple for your initial visit. Choose 1 color, 1 theme, 1 material, and a normal nail length. This helps avoid being surprised by a higher-than-expected cost! Once you know what you like, you can always explore more elaborate designs later. Re-fills are generally affordable. An important area that needs improvement is hygiene and sanitation! At multiple visits, I've noticed that tools and tables did not get cleaned properly between clients, and even some of the implements and accessories stored in the carts beside each station had small traces and/or particles of dust. The UV/LED LAMPs also appeared to need more inside & exterior sanitation. Therefore, A much more consistent, detailed, and thorough wipe-down of all surfaces, instruments, and devices would significantly help reduce the risk of bacteria spreading... On top of that, this location states online that they open at 9AM; but in my experience, technicians are just entering the salon by that time themselves. You'll see them opening up the phone line, setting up the cashier area, unlocking back doors, and preparing their cubicles, carts, and stations little by little. For that reason, I recommend bookingyour appointment a little later.

Initially, I was thrilled to find Chloe at the front desk who offered a warm greeting when I told…read moreher it was my first time there. Then, I sat down to get a pedicure with a nice woman. She was unable or didn't try hard enough to get the dead skin off my heels, which has never happened with any pedicure I've ever had. They've always managed it. It felt more like it was an option for her instead of part of the service. When I got to the counter to pay the manager Gabby was there and I told her how thrilled I was to have found them. I told her it was my first time there. I was a little surprised that they upcharged for nothing special nail polish and their pedicures more expensive compared to other businesses nearby. With tip I walked out with a pedicure that cost $75.00 and didn't last three days. When I got home, I looked on their website because I was a little flabbergasted at the high fee for a basic pedicure. No gel, no leg massage, no sugar scrub, etc. then I saw that they offered a five dollar discount for first time clients. I called the salon and Chloe made a big deal out of it saying, oh, let me check with the manager... It was five freaking dollars, and she needed to check with the manager. Gabby got on the phone and to my astonishment, said, they only give the discount if you ask for it at the time, you pay. I said, well, that feels out of integrity, that you clearly offer it on your website and yet you make the customer have to ask for. i ask her why when clients are checking out. The salon couldn't simply ask if that customer was new? This isn't rocket science. This is how you get repeat business and don't have women like me slamming you in social media because you have no integrity, and you're dishonest...and it is abundantly clear that you're business is greedy on top of that. Four days later, I just looked at my bank aact and she never gave me the five dollar discount. So she lied to me when she told me she would apply it and credit it back to my card. Literally lied. I pride myself on having integrity, being forthright and honest. This was a disgusting display of taking advantage of clients by posting something on the website that doesn't exist unless you beg for it, when you pay and you're the one that has to bring it up. If they take advantage of a senior citizen for five lousey dollars, imagine what they do to young women who have daddy's credit card? Do not do business with these shysters. I'll be calling the State Attorney General and a friend of mine who just happens to be a Senator in this state. I will additionally make a call to the Better Business Bureau and file a report.
