I come here every few months as it's close when we travel in to visit family. Lately quality of service has declined. I always try to schedule an appointment ahead so I can coordinate child care. When I went to visit today I sat for nearly 30 minutes waiting even with an appointment. Last set I got started lifting within a week. read more

I was charge $70 for a full set of nails, unfortunately the technician was not very skilled in his work and left me with flat on the top but lumpy bumpy nails on the sides, super thick edges with chunks left on the underside. I reached out to see if someone was able to fix them and no one replied to me. I will never go back! read more

-10 stars if it were an option. i needed a basic $30 pedicure. i specifically asked to have my in growns cut out the technician did not remove them. instead, she kept picking & tearing off the skin around the in grown nails which significantly hurt. i have had in growns for a while now & i know exactly how they are to be removed; she blatantly did not do as i specifically asked. whatever kind of polish "remover" she coated over the original gel BURNED my skin!!!!! i instantly got red spots all over & expressed that i was being chemically burned & she tried "wiping" it off with an alcohol pad (if you can even call it that!) & laughed & said "sorry." then for my nails, i just needed them removed. the original was gelish & a tip. she used the extra course grinder tip & burned me several times with it. i asked her to please trim my nails shorter & file them up...... a 4th grader would have done so with better workmanship. when i say that i was millimeters from walking out with 1/2 the service done, i am not joking. ABSOLUTELY disgusted with this place. oh & to top it all off, this is the breakdown of what i was charged!!!! basic pedi: $30 gel pedi: $15 mani removal: $20 read more

I've tried and tried to keep going back here but they keep giving me reasons not to. The biggest reason is the prices. They are not consistent from one time to the next and every time I go back, it gets more and more expensive for the same services. I need to find a different place to go. The last time I went it was $140 for a pedicure and the quality was very basic. It is a very convenient location but not worth the price they charge. Also, every time I go it gets emptier and emptier. I'm afraid they are punishing regular customers by charging them more for the business they are losing due to their poor quality of services. read more

I had a wonderful experience here! I was visiting from Highlands Ranch and my cousin sent me off to have some "me time". I went to a different salon but they had no openings, I quickly found this salon not too far and they were able to immediately get me in for a pedicure. Everyone was so kind to me, especially my nail tech. There's 3 tiers for the pedicures and I chose the middle tier which was $45. I think that was a very reasonable price which included a scrub, the wax in the bags on your feet, the hot towel massage and the oil. I absolutely LOVD how my nails turned out. Whenever I come back out I will definitely plan to go here again and treat myself! read more

0 stars if I could. I went with a party of three yesterday evening. Each of us have cuts on our fingers and toes from the service. We wanted the cheapest pedicure and they ended up tricking my grandmother into treating her with the deluxe even though she didn't want that one. Especially if you want designs do not come here. I wanted French tips and the gentleman that was working on my nails painted the whole nail white and refused to fix it, we got charged full price for each of us. Grand total of $350 and non of us were happy. Awful experience. Almost as if the workers didn't know what they were doing, had bad attitude. read more

A friend of mine recommended this salon so I tried it. Had my pedicure done by Taylor which did not seem to want to carry a conversation with me and then a manicure with Tom who also was not friendly at all. I saw Tom laughing with the women he was manicuring before me but it was obvious that he did not want to be friendly towards me. Both of them did a good job with my nails but I like a nail place where people really make you feel comfortable. When I was done with my manicure I was having a hard time getting up because of my bad knees even though I have had both of my knees replaced and Tom did not even try to help me get up. Tiffany, the owner who was doing someone's nails got up and helped me get up from the chair. I since have found a nail shop where everyone is friendly and helpful and took my grand daughter there this morning to get her nails done. read more

I was traveling from out if state and checked on Yelp, read the review and chose Tom to do a fill. Had a mani/pedi. I asked for the basic with gel color for my pedi. The gel polish was an extra $20 and with the language barrier i got the upgraded spa treatment. Tom did my fill. He did a good job but 2 days later the nail polish was peeling off...the white french was peeling off... 2 days later.... That tells me that the polish was either no good or whatever they add to it to "stretch " it made it too thin. This cost me $125 ....... I was soo cranky about the whole thing... and its not like i could go back... we had to leave!! read more

First and last time coming in for any service. Got a pedicure done, horrible service the lady doing my toes stabbed me two times with the cuticle nipper, I didn't make it a big deal until I saw that my toe was bleeding !! I asked her if she can be a little bit more careful because it was hurting. She didn't speak english so she couldn't really understand me and kept being very harsh. I pulled my feet away and told her she was being very rough, so someone translated to her and she started apologizing. She continued with my pedicure and then when she was applying the nail polish, she missed the sides of may nails so I mentioned it to her and she just nodded her head. She was rushing applying the polish because they had other appts coming in, she finally applied the top clear coat but did not apply to my whole nail !!!!! DO NOT recommend this place at all!!!!!!! read more

Got me in. Last minute. Great price. Great experience for speedy pedicure. Thank you.

Cheap, dirty, and not on time. I will not be going back here after I made an appointment for 2:00 and they didn't get me in till 2:45. One of the towels they were using on me had nail clippings from another person all over them. It was so gross. I should have just left because I wasn't able to actually see the real dip color until they were putting it on my nail. Then one of my nails chipped within a day. They only dip your nail twice, usually it's three times. My nails were lifting and snagging within a week, usually Dip lasts me at least two and a half weeks. The prices are great and that's why I'm giving them two stars instead of one. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

I had an amazing experience when it came to getting a gel rebase! The manager is amazing and I see him for my nails every time! This last time I went in however I had the worst pedicure ever. She barely spoke any English so she couldn't understand my request and she wound up rubbing my toe raw and when I pulled away in pain she pulled my foot and said don't move. I eventually had to put my hand down by my toe to get her to stop scrubbing and point out that I no longer had skin on the side of my toe! I highly recommend going in for any of your finger nail needs but I most definitely will not return for a pedicure! After complaining about my experience I was never offered any form of compensation for my pain read more

Nails at Tiffany's - great experience with my nails I love them but I am still in pain from a sponge removing my skin - Nail Technicians Near Me - Peyton, Colorado

So being that day is an observance of tomorrow's holiday, a lot of businesses are closed. Also due to COVID, closed or appointment only, etc. My oldest daughter called yesterday and asked if she could make a pedicure appointment for today. Whichever employee answered the phone, refused her an appointment stating "we won't be busy enough for you to have to make an appointment", to which my daughter replied "I'd still like to make one", which they still refused. We get there today when they open at 9am on the dot and the 2-3 employees that were there looked at us like a deer in headlights. A very abrupt customer came in, got right in front of us and made it clear she had an appointment, so they took her ahead of us! Not ok considering we tried to make one as well and were refused an appt yesterday. They put our name down and ask us to come back at 930, so we agreed, at which point another 2 ladies walk in! We did unfortunately get back a few minutes late at 938. At this point, the store is completely full of customers, several employees are working on people including the 2 that walked in as we were asked to come back! They don't give us an ETA and still barely acknowledge us after we wait another few minutes, while calling around to other places. I said very politely "excuse me, can you take us off the list" as we get ready to leave and go elsewhere and every employee and customer in here looked at us like we kidnapped a child!! This is the place we use the most since we live so Far East, they are the closest. We normally aren't treated this way here but don't typically give them bad reviews, even though the quality isn't great. Today enough is enough. I hope everyone that frequently visits, has better experiences. read more

Tiffany is absolutely wonderful and always does a beautiful job on my nails, the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I go to Tiffanys Nails because it is a local business and convenient as well. I've never felt warm and fuzzy there. It has always been sort of just get done what you are here for. The last time I was there. However, will be the last time.first the person changing the color of my toenails didn't speak English and kept physically PUSHING my toes down. At the end she let out an exasperated sigh and shoved them down again. Then she didn't polish the end of the nails..indicated I wanted them too short then the guy doing my nails didn't fill them..just filed and filed and then polished them. I went home and a day later the GEL POLISH chipped off. I went in to explain and was treated like I was stupid. Polished my nail and sent me away. 2 days later, it has chipped again. Not going back..I spent $61 plus tip to have a poor job and treatment. read more

This salon is nicely equipped and has an excellent assortment of colors from which to choose. I was happy to see how sanitary everything was, from the basin liner for pedicures to the sealed instruments used to perform the mani/pedi. The massage chairs were heavenly! I am a swimmer and have trouble with gel polish coming off, but it has been two weeks and my nails still look amazing. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Beware when it comes to nails! Pedicure was GREAT besides the $20 additional dollars for gel color that no one advised but the Pedicure was GREAT! The nails - horrible. Second time there for nails by the same guy (big mistake) and NEVER AGAIN. First time visit in 12/2020 horrible, thought maybe give them a 2nd chance - I was right the first time. He is rude, doesn't speak to you and when he does speak, he has tone is his voice. It didn't matter what I wanted and said it more than three times that I like consistency with my nails. I know what I like. The repaired nail - doesn't even come close to matching the rest of the nails regarding the shape or length - wasn't what I wanted at all. The owner tried to correct the shape but tells me she would have to take the nail off and start over and the shape was fine. NOT YOUR NAILS! Called and told the owner that I just want a refund for my nails as now I have to have them fixed and NO I don't want you to fix them. Never made a scene or raised my voice but shared I was not happy. Went back for my refund, owner was yelling at back of the store in her language (have no idea what she said but I am sure it was not nice) and then was told rudely not to come back. TRUST ME I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN, and she was the one that made a scene. I was being nice and was never rude and this is the way you treat people. I am the paying customer and I wasn't asking for anything special but I do expect to pay for what I want - NOT what you want or think is fine. I rather take my nails off and never have another pedicure than to ever step a single foot in this establishment. You don't treat people like that. read more

Went for pedi. Mary did an excellent job and took her time. Great job. After she was done, her husband motioned for her to go to the next customer. He took over to polish my nails. I could tell he was not happy. His mannerisms communicated that he was upset with Mary about her work. While he was polishing my nails, he kept muttering to himself and complaining to Mary who was sitting next to him. I couldn't wait to get out of there. After I complained, I found out that he was not happy with the way Mary filed my nails. He even got upset when I told him there was nail polish on my skin. This happened twice and he got very defensive. He was rude, unprofessional and I will not be going back there as long as he is there. This is too bad because Mary was awesome when she worked on my nails. read more

I just recently moved here from Arizona and I've been trying to find a new salon. I got in at 3:30 without making an appointment before hand and one of the ladies asked what I wanted and I told her and then she told me the wait would be about 20 minutes. It was pretty busy in there so I didn't expect to get in right after 20 minutes so about 30 minutes went by and the same lady asked me to go to the chair. I don't remember her name but she was very very respectful and nice to me. At first the color of my dip was not the correct color and she offered to change it and get it right and she did and then it was perfect! She was very quick yet took her time. I would definitely recommend going here! read more

I almost hate to give this place such a good review - not that I don't think it's the best place to get a mani-pedi, just love the fact it's not crowded and easy to get in/out. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi at 130, but was not asked for my name or info. I arrived just before 130, no one greeted me or acknowledged I walked in until about 10 minutes later. I explained I had an appointment. The lady said, Oh that was you? So clearly, she gave my appointment to someone else. She said 10 more minutes. 20 minutes went by (now 2:00) and they still looked like they had another 5-10 minutes before they were done. I couldn't wait since I have somewhere to be at 330. I stood up, put back my polish, grabbed my purse, no one even looked up to acknowledge that I was leaving. Never been here before and will not be back! read more

It's truly unfortunate that this place gouges their returning customers. The last two appointments I've had the charge for the shellac manicure has gone up each time. $30 was acceptable. Then it was $40 and finally yesterday $50?!? I asked for the deluxe manicure which is listed as $35. I had no extras. No design. One color of polish. I get to pay and was charged $50. This is a terrible business practice & I will never return. If your set is price is $35 then it should be $35. read more
