DO NOT GO HERE!! I got the worst set of nails here and it was just a fill!! I had no product on my nails in some places, and my nails were so thin and painful. I had to go somewhere else to have them fixed. They didn't offer to fix or free product nothing. And they acted like it was ok... it was not Tiffany that did mine it was a guy. read more

Love my pedicure. Tiffani was very pleasant and detailed with my toes artwork. She wears mask and and her tools were sanitized.

This place is now called "Nails-Tiffany". New pedicure chairs and layout. More workers. Go check it out!

I rarely get manicures-- maybe once every few years. Went w/ a few of my kids, and our nails were not prepped properly. Some of the manicurists even skipped the base coat, which is a no-go. Staff was friendly, but since the manicure started to chip and peel almost immediately, I just do my nails at home now. read more

I was in there tonight for a mani-pedi and it took an hour and 1/2 for just the pedi so the girl asked me if I was getting my nails done too. So I said no because it's getting too late and I was starving, I had waited to grab a bite until afterwards. So, I think that there are two guys working there and the younger one started to work on my feet. Then, like halfway through he seemed exasperated then just got up and walked away. After waiting 10 minutes, another woman sat down and finished the job...this seems like it happened to someone else after I read the other reviews. I just put on my headphones so I don't hear all the Vietnamese jibber jabber or other customers chatting away endlessly about house shopping, gossip,etc...etc... read more

If I could rate you 0 stars I would. Awful experience. The lady I got did a great job at prepping my toes for paint and then she got to the paint and it was all over my toes and skin and she didn't even put toe separators in?!?! Like what!!? It was awful. And that lady was acting as if she was angry and annoyed. So yeah forget that. I'll go elsewhere. read more

This place is absolutely not amazing!. The message chairs hurt and it shakes like crazy. Came in for a pedi with a bro. He got worked on as I awkward sat here in the chair with out water in the tub. Poor experience, immediately they started talking shit in Vietnamese (how I know?.....I wonder that too)......not recommended for any one!. Not worth it!. read more

I needed a pedicure and the guy that works there did it. He seemed pissed and toward the end he just left. The other ladies eventually noticed and took over. He never came back. The ladies there are nice, the guy there is a bit of an ass. read more

Loved this place the first few times I went. This past weekend however, was a nightmare. The place was packed. Folks were turned away at the door, even if they had been told to return in a hour or so. I was sat, a gentleman started on my nails, gluing on the tips for my acrylics. The "head nail tech" then made me move and sit In another seat while the guy that was working on my nails began working on two other manicures. I wanted to leave then, but I was stuck looking like Freddy Kreuger and unable to use the restroom or even pick up my dropped phone because the nail tips weren't even cut down. The head nail tech (female) rushed me into the chair and began cutting my tips. I asked for ballerina-shaped acrylics, what I ended up with were 8/10 horribly misshapen nails and a nail tech who got snappy and rude with me when I asked to have my nails refiled into the correct shapes. The next day, my polish cracked and I noticed jagged edges of acrylic powder buildup underneath the nails from poor workmanship. Rather than go back and complain, I'd rather just advise others to make the 15 minute drive to a nicer place. Update: 24 hours after having my nails done. Three of them had cracked through and had split paint, and one just snapped off. I also tried to reshape my nails into the shape I desired hoping to save them and ride it out two a couple weeks until a refill. NOT. I was in a new nail salon the next day getting them fixed. This place needs negative stars. read more

My first time. I called and made appt for noon the next day for 2 pedicures. We showed up at 1150 and didnt even start getting service till 1. I very disappointed. They took other walk ins whike I was waiting for my pwdicure. They didnt offer any discount or anything for having to wait. I hope others have better service then I did. read more

Worst manicure I've ever had. Shaped bad. Colored bad. Whole experience....bad. Then I asked the owner to redo one nail because my shellac tip was not even and I got a lecture from the nail tech. Won't be going back!!!!!! Ever!!!! read more

We will not be returning to this salon. Advertised discounts for students, military and teachers aren't honored. When requesting the discount we were told it was already included. Quality of nail work isn't what it should be. Nail tech refused to do what was asked for because it would take an hour, after waiting 90 minutes to be told we couldn't get what we wanted, this is unacceptable. One person in our party got her nails done and they were uneven. People coming in during our 90 minute wait were serviced foot. read more

I went in to get a full set of acrylics expecting it to be done well. The lady that did mine clipped the nails too short and at least 5 of them were crooked, and when I told her she continued filing on one side of the nail and almost made me bleed. I went back for a refund an hour later and they refused, and she tried to fix the crookedness even more and it just made it worse and hurt more. There were multiple bubbles in the paint job and and none of it is even. When they were prepping my nails they filed way too far down on the bed, and now there are dents in my nails (called a ring of fire by manicurists). I am taking them off currently and I will never return. A waste of money and time. read more

This place has horrible costumer service as soon I walk in the salon I was told very rudely "we are busy right now you can comeback later". I'm never gonna bother to even consider this place. read more

HORRIBLE!!! My nails look like crap!!! Bubbles ... uneven ... bad shape ... I was stupid to pay what I did!!!

I just moved to the area and saw this nail salon while running errands and figured I'd stop in. I had 2 interviews the next day and wanted my eyebrows waxed and just a regular manicure to clean up all my nails that either broke or chipped from moving/unpacking. My eyebrows were poorly done, I ended up fixing stuff at home that was missed and my manicure was horrible. The woman made 4 of my cuticles bleed; they didn't just turn red, they actively bled but she never said anything. I'm not one to complain so I awkwardly threw out a few "ohhh that hurts" and "yeah that stings" when she had to keep dabbing it. No reaction and I still paid full price. I won't be returning and I'm bummed because it's so close to our house! read more

I've posted a review before. Where I had a terrible experience. (On Google) I went in last week and had my nails done with gel. Because I was desperate to have them done and it's only 5 minutes from my house. The lady was kind, they were close to closing time and she finished my nails and took her time anyway. I never felt rushed. And she did a very good job. So, I'm willing to give them another chance in the future. I was driving 20 minutes to have my nails done because I had a bad experience before with them. My review will be updated in the future. read more

I've only gone there for pedicures the last few years. Always been satisfied with pedi. Never had manicure. But I went to another salon in town several years ago for a mani and had a horrible experience there. I think it's kind of a hit-or-miss proposition. Depends on the person you get more than the "salon" read more

Great local place!! Best if you call ahead because it can be busy!! Very nice and helpful. English is not the first language so be understanding of that! Very kind nail technicians. My hands and feet look great after they give me a mani pedi!! read more

I made the mistake of stopping at Chic Nails to get a manicure prior to a wedding I was supposed to attend. The salon had only 1 other customer in it when I stopped in and they were getting a pedicure. The woman who did my nails spent the entire time conversing with the other worker loudly, barely looking at my nails as she filed them into rough nubs. I can in just needing old polish removed, a small amount of filing to shorten already nicely shaped, rounded tip nails, and new polish applied. I left after paying $17 and leaving no tip, with thick, gooey nail polish that wouldn't harden properly, nails filed to squared ends and left rough. Absolutely the WORST manicure I have ever had. read more

25 dollars for underarm wax? That's ridiculous. In addition to rude customer service, never going back to this place. Should have read the reviews first. read more

The gal that fixed my one nail was so rude to me. She demanded that I pay cash check I had already been waiting for about 20 minutes. I didn't have cash so she was legitimately going to refuse me service until some nice woman offered to pay the three dollars it was going to be to fix my one nail. The woman paid for my nail I finished up and started to leave and then she charge me an extra seven dollars at which point I had to use my debit card because again I didn't have cash. Ridiculous. This is the second time I've been to this location and had a similar experience I will not be back again. Not impressed. I will not spend my money to be treated rudely. There are plenty of other places that are more than willing to do the work with a goo read more

terrible service, even with appointment still had to wait over 50 min. After they took a customer who came after me I walked out.

WORST service ever!!! Was told I didn't need appointment. Wrong. Only 2 people in the shop but it took over 2 hours for just a pedicure. Technician couldn't stay put, kept walking to the back to do whatever. My daughter's technician couldn't wait to be done to watch TV. Very expensive and poor quality. They didn't even help me put on my sandals after spending 2 hours for pedicure. Pathetic. read more

I have gone to this nail salon three times this year, the employees are very sweet and very good. However, the owner orders them around constantly, talks about customers in Vietnamese and doesn't let the technicians even finish what they are doing before moving them on to multiple customers. My daughter and I went in Sunday, I wanted a mani/pedi and my daughter needed a color change on her nails. We were the first in line after the customers that were sitting in the chair. We were pushed behind several others resulting in a two and a half hour mani/pedi. By the time I was ready for manicure the only available technician was the owner. She proceeded to give me the worst manicure I've ever had, clipped nails off, didn't file them and then when I wanted them buffed not polished, she pulled out the electric buffer used on acrylic nails. I asked her to use the hand buffer and she said "we no do that here". Like I said, we have been there three times in the past few months so I knew that they do. She refused. At the same time she complained about how picky I was to the other technicians in Vietnamese. When I told her thank you in Vietnamese, she dropped her jaw. She asked if I understood her and I told her yes. She couldn't get me out of there any faster. Needless to say, I'm sorry for her employees. But I will not be returning. read more

I went to this salon the other evening, and I had an appointment upon arrival the salon was packed there was no way I was going to get my nails done in time. I even arrived early for my appointment and I was still not going to be starting working on my nails. I was very disappointed and I felt very uncomfortable, as if I was being over looked and I walked out after I seen that and I know that I will not be returning after seeing what I seen. I am very disappointed and sad that this happened. But I found someone that can do my nail with this AMAZING new stuff and I can have a real conversation with her, I went and my nails look and feel so AMAZING she took her time and I love them, and for the fact that she took her time and explained to me about this product and what the other chemicals are doing to my nails and I am so grateful for her. So I am happy I walked out!!! So thank you for not taking my appointment seriously and now I have new beautiful nails feel great!!! read more
