When I asked why they had no availability with any technicians but they were taking walk-ins I was told there was no one to do MY nails. It felt like a humiliation ritual. 0/45, do not recommend. Ryan the nail tech is great! However, when asked to wash my hands, I went to return to Ryan's station only to find him starting another appointment and all my belongings moved by the receptionist. I've been loyal to Ryan since I started with him and I was shocked with the treatment I received. I have over looked little mistake like nail shaping and wrong color application. I cannot overlook blatant disrespect.

She only filed my nails and clipped my cuticles without pushing them back first. Simply clipping them doesn't fully remove or clean up the cuticles. He simply asked for it to be cut short, and that's exactly what he received, so he was satisfied with his haircut. As for my haircut, I requested a pixie cut, but it ended up looking much more like a bowl cut. I also asked for my bangs to be cut diagonally, but they were uneven, as shown in the photos. I even asked if they could be made a little shorter, but I still wasn't happy with either the cut itself or the way it was styled. Overall, I expected a much better result for the amount we paid.
