I had been here with the previous owners, so I was curious to see how it was after the change. The pedicure was okay, but it wasn't the same experience as before. The technicians spent a lot of time talking with each other, which made it less relaxing. My technician also almost skipped the callus remover until I asked, even though it was included in the peppermint package I chose. They also didn't offer any water or drinks like they used to. Overall, it was just okay. It's a convenient option if you live nearby, but I feel the experience isn't quite what it used to be.

When I asked why they had no availability with any technicians but they were taking walk-ins I was told there was no one to do MY nails. It felt like a humiliation ritual. 0/45, do not recommend. Ryan the nail tech is great! However, when asked to wash my hands, I went to return to Ryan's station only to find him starting another appointment and all my belongings moved by the receptionist. I've been loyal to Ryan since I started with him and I was shocked with the treatment I received. I have over looked little mistake like nail shaping and wrong color application.
