I was excited to try this new nail salon and arrived a few minutes early for my 3:30 appointment so I would have time to look at colors. Unfortunately, the nail polish selection was disappointing and the displayed colors looked old, dirty, and in need of an update. When I arrived, the technician was still working on another client and also had someone else waiting to be finished. After about 25 minutes, I was finally told to sit down, but I still needed assistance finding a color since the selection was limited and not well organized. At that point, I was then asked if I could wait another 15-20 minutes before being worked on. By then, I would have been waiting 45ish minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was very disappointed and felt that my time was not valued, especially since I had booked an appointment in advance. I would have completely understood if I had received a phone call letting me know they were running behind or short-staffed so I could reschedule. Unfortunately, that communication never happened. I had a gel manicure & pedicure here today and I had a great experience and left with beautiful nails. They are closed Sundays & today around 12-1 if was very quiet so afternoons are probably a good time to make an appointment (I just walked in). My pedicure included a callous removal using the purple file block, a sea salt scrub, nail cutting/shipping, soak of course, hot towel & lotion. My guy was thorough but quick! Even after the gel polish it was probably 20-30 min for the pedicure. I really liked the massage chairs too and they seemed more gentle than most. Kim (I believe was her name!) did my gel manicure and she was also quick, thorough and fun to chat with. The whole process was very efficient! This is the only nail salon I've been to in CO springs so I can't compare it to anything else in the area but I love my nails and the price is decent ($35 gel manicure/$45 gel pedicure) so I will be back :) read more

Diamond Nails is the best, most consistent nail place I've been. I've been coming here for over 6 months now and I've had all 3 ladies at any given appointment for a pedicure or a gel manicure and they do such a good job. Lin does impeccable work and is always happy to fit me in when I call. My manicures last over 2 weeks and she takes the time to really make sure my cuticles, nails, polish, everything is flawless. Horrendous experience... Went in for acrylic fill in. Was there for over 2 hours and had to leave because they drilled the top layer of my nails over 3 times due to the nail polish application looking smudged- I was in pain by the last time they were drilling off. I had to put my hands under the UV light over 10 times for him to just take it off again. This was a terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I took my elderly dad here and they did an amazing job! He said is was way and above any pedicure he has ever had. The salon is very clean and the technicians are very nice. Negative experience from the get go. Only 2 nail techs on a SAT. So knew my pedicure and gel manicure would take 2 hours plus which I didn't have but I'm from out of town so was stuck. First the pedicure chair was a disaster as the cushion part of the back was completely gone and it was like laying on hard wire. When I try to put a pillow behind me the owner argued with me. The tech that did my pedicure left a hangnail on my toe. Got my pants wet. The owner did my nails and did physical harm and never did the nail art which I requested from the beginning. read more

Wife and I made appointment for mani - pedi arrived 5 minutes early and only one other person having nail work. Waited several minutes for a second manicurist to show up he left my wife in cold water for over 30 minutes while other worker finished up on a walk-in. My pedicure was ok but what they did to my wife and her pedicure is atrocious. The lady spent several minutes going back and forth with the walk in and answering the phone leaving my wife unattended. took nearly a hour for pedicure and it looks like a 2 year old with crayons did the polish! We canceled mani and left. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone, very unprofessional and did crap work. read more

This quite possibly is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Rude, slow, and they use dirty foot basins for pedicures.

Called to inquire about a job posting and whoever answered the phone hung up on me because she couldn't understand English. When I asked for a manager she said "why what do you need." After explaining several times she hung up then didn't answer the phone. If this is how you treat potential clients,I'd be HORRIFIED to work here. If your going to be answering phones I suggest you at least be able to speak English.thats common sense! read more
