Booked a 6:30 appt. Showed at 6:25. Doors locked, nobody there. GF got a confirmation text and confirmed the appointment. Very disappointed.

I'm honestly shocked that this place is still open. The salon is visibly dirty... there were nail clippings and dust everywhere, and it didn't look like the workstations had been cleaned between clients. I also witnessed staff using the same instruments on multiple people without proper sterilization, which is a huge health concern and likely a violation of state board hygiene standards. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I raised concerns. My nails came out uneven, and the gel polish had bubbles and started peeling within days. I would strongly recommend finding another salon that actually follows proper sanitation practices and values their customers' safety and satisfaction. read more

This place is not clean. They don't clean their tools between customers, much less sterilize them.

Terrible service. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the management was when I addressed my concerns.

Horrible place, very unprofessional. They do not work with gloves and they do not disinfect the instruments, they even share scissors without cleaning with alcohol first. They were rude and the place is dirty, the floor full of clips from cutting nails or scarps of dead skin. I will never enter that place again!!! read more

The wife and I went to Nails and Spa to get nails done and a pedicure. The wife and I had been looking for a nail place close to home. We found it!! NAILS and SPA!! The place was very friendly and had a little wait because we didn't have appointment. But it was worth it, the older lady did my pedicure and was very light handed with my feet. And WoW my wife's nail came out great, Good job Abby. So I recommend this little nail salon to anyone in the area. Just word of advise schedule an appointment. read more

This was a first time visit. The older lady gives a great pedicure and manicure , but the place is filthy. Management needs to clean up the place. Start by ripping out the carpet or at very least vacuum and shampoo it!!! Clean the manicuring tables of nails -between customers. This is disgusting! Dust the pictures on the wall dust is inch high. I'd say this is the perfect place to get a foot or hand infection!!! I will not be returning! read more

The shop was much nicer than the last time I was there. There were lots of customers and the atmosphere was very lively. The staff was very friendly and professional. I did have an appointment and arrived 3 minutes late but was still seated promptly. These are the absolute worst nails I've EVER had done! I had to tell her to reshape bc they were so wide, clumpy, that's apart from already telling her my index figure was crooked! Then I initially wanted one color and thought I could change the color and she said that wasn't the color I had first said and refused to give me the color I wanted.. AND then on top of that she suggested I leave a tip on my card! Never going back. read more

Not very clean. Got a pedicure and fill. They nicked my skin so much on toes while taking gel off I was shocked I didn't start bleeding. Person who did my fingers was so busy placing bets on his phone and watching TV that I'm surprised there's any polish on my nails. Polish is super uneven and one nail the polish rubbed off later that night when I washed my hands. Definitely not going back! Waste of time and money. read more

I really wish I could say that they do a good job!! But that is not the case they have 1 girl who does a decent job and the rest of the nail techs are not good. I have given them the benefit of the doubt but every time I am disappointed. The last time I went I had manicure and gel services done. First of all the manicure I got was mediocre to say the least!!! She didn't even cut my cuticles if that tells you anything!! The gel color I got was really pretty but unfortunately it only lasted 4 day, yes you read that correctly 4 days!!!!! I was really sad that they started peeling! Needless to say this made me want to just invest in doing my own nails. So I bought an LED lamp and all the special gel polishes including a primer and manicure tool set! I paid 37 bucks + tip for my nails that lasted 4 days! My investment was $110 for LED lamp, a set of 6 colors and manicure tools! I have done my toes and hands which would have costed me close to 80 bucks at a salon +tips!! I can definitely say that I did a better job than the nail tech did and my nails last well over 2 weeks with no chipping/ peeling/ lifting issues!! Oh am I have done my family and friends nails for free which is always nice for me ( to practice ) and for them as they get fresh gel nails done for free!!! Point being is that I don't recommend this place spend your money elsewhere! read more

I watched the tech do a pedicure on a gentleman with bloody feet and toes, and thick yellow toenails, then attemp to use the same file and tools on me without sanitizing. After I asked for her to use new tools, I observed this practice with all of the technicians. For your own safety/health - stay away! read more

I'm very unhappy with this place. I have gone here for pedicures in the past and my polish never lasts. The base coat is awful as my toenails always end up stained. I have to say that my latest experience is the worst though. I took my 83 year old Mom to get an eyebrow, lip and chin wax and she was severely burned! She has been waxed numerous times before at other places and was fine. When I called to complain the manager never apologized. He just said "maybe she has sensitive skin, put some pain relieving gel on it and she should be okay in a few days." I will never go here again! Here is a photo of her burns. read more

Probably one of the worst pedicures I've ever received. It lasted maybe 20 minutes. Everything was completely rushed and sloppy. Right before she was about to polish a few people walked in so she directed to me to get up and walk across the filthy floor in order to make room for them. As I gathered up all of my things I noticed a can of raid just sitting right behind the chair. For my polish portion I had to sit in a regular chair and put my feet in her lap. Please don't be lazy like me and just make the drive to Albuquerque to get a quality and relaxing pedicure. read more

I had gel polish on that had grown out and needed removed and I figured I could run in to any nail salon and they would do a fine job at removing it. I was wrong. I came here and the lady proceeded to remove the gel with the nail drill. She was super rough on my natural nails and they were left super thin which caused them to hurt. She never tried to use acetone and aluminum foil so soften up the gel and she did it really fast. My nails still look ugly 3 weeks later, but I'm trying to let the damage grow out and continue to cut them before touching them again. So very disappointed. She charged me $7.65 and I definitely did not leave her a tip. So rude and careless. Would never recommend. read more

I wish I read the reviews on here first before going. The salon is in a convenient location from where I live so I thought I would give it a try. I have to agree that it is dirty- dust all over some of the equipment. I wasn't super impressed with the pedicure but at least the polish looks even and good. I got gel nails and I have to say that it is the worst "professional" gel polish job I've ever seen. The lady who did my nails put on 4-5 coats of gel polish. The polish dried with uneven texture on both my thumb nails. Needless to say I won't be going back there again. read more

I get my nails done here often and am nearly always happy with the results. I've also had my brows waxed here and been happy with that. There was ONE time that I got a bad gel nail manicure but when I called and complained they had me come in so they could fix it for me. It's probably not the cleanest salon I've been in but I haven't seen any glaring red flags that would make me concerned for my health or anything like that. I like this place! read more

If you want nail fungi, sloppy nail polish paint, unfriendly staff working on you, this place is the one for you! Not once did they use a santized tool to perform either manicure or pedicure. Their nail stations were barely kept up, tools were kept in a white trash bag that was tied to their stands, which I mistakenly placed trash in. Gross!
