Came here on Labor Day after calling up several nail salons and finding they were closed. I was happily surprised to hear they were open and accepting walk ins! I scurried over to get a gel manicure before a business trip and I'm so glad I did. They were able to take off my very old gel x manicure and give me a fresh set of gel nails. This was my first time trying out Nails & Co and it was a pretty good experience. I love the calm and peaceful aesthetic of the place. I didn't have an appointment but was able to be sat immediately. Maitene (I'm pretty sure I butchered her name) was sweet and took her time on my pedicure. I got the one of the deluxe packages with pomegranate scrub, mask, and lotion. It smelled soooo good. My feet felt really good and looked very nice after. I'll note that If anything the only issue was the language barrier. She spoke no English so each time she motioned to ask me anything or I needed something fixed, she needed to get the front desk hostess to come over and translate. Was slightly frustrating. Also I need to brush back up on my Spanish. $78 after tip out the door for my pedicure. All in all I'll definitely return. read more

I'm giving 2 overall stars for the esthetic of the location. The service was terrible: From the confusion checking in, although having a scheduled appointment, to the lack of communication from the individuals doing my partner and I's pedicures, to both of us being cut and in pain from the lack of consideration and communication, to having to pay separately for 2 different types of service although I booked the same service for us both. I'm going to give 1 star because this place conducted fraudulent charge activity. They told me builder gel was $65 before I got there. Then when I went to check out, the charge was $80 because they had to "remove my builder gel" to put new builder gel on. My go to place for a pedi. Today they took me even after being 10 mins late which I was super greatful for. They do anything you ask and aren't afraid to suggest what they think could work better, which I love ! Today they helped me find a better sheet white than funny bunny (which I didn't know existed). It's always clean and feels like a true spa. The chairs don't massage which I personally love and I feel like I can fully relax. its pretty, but don't not good! I had a very young girl, tried pushing my cuticles to my knuckles, pulled back several times and said ouch, nothing deterred her. Polish must have been bad, would not dry. Left 40 minutes ago and spent 20 minutes under the fan, still leaves mark when I quickly tap on them. Never returning! read more

Please Don't Go Attention it's ok, but the nail work was terrible , I have four nails with four different shapes, and like three different lengths, tools are not sterile, the stations are not ready for your arrival, you need to wait like 18 minutes more for them to set up the station. The place is obviously nice and aesthetically pleasing. My experience is consistent with others...unfortunately the low quality of work was enough for me to not want to return. I made an appointment and wasn't tended to until 30 minutes after- which defeats the purpose of making an appointment and also shows bo respect to their customers time. 30 minute delay vs 5 minutes is a big deal to me! I paid for builder gel plus a gel mani. 6 days in and the polish has chipped and lifted on three of the nails. At my go to salon I can go 14+ days with non chipped polish so it's definitely not me "exposing" my nails. There are multiple air bubbles on at least 4 of my nails and texture was not left smooth with the builder that was applied. If this place put more effort into their technique and perfecting their work they would kill it. read more

I just came into the salon for the very first time and was excited because I didn't have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I asked for a polish change with French. The lady who did my nails only spoke Spanish and did not ask me what I wanted, but I assumed the receptionist told her. My nails actually turned out great and I was very happy. When I went to pay, the price was higher than I expected and I asked, " is this the price for a polish change with French ?". They said no you got a manicure. This was not true considering she didn't cut my nails or cuticles. It only took 30 minutes and I also got a manicure less than a week ago so I did not need one. I told the administrative team (3 ladies at the front) to decide how much they wanted to charge me because I wasn't going to argue, while one of them admitted that I did ask for polish change. They argued amongst themselves (unprofessional). Then, the manicurist came and said that I should be charged for a manicure so the Admin team agreed. As this was my first time at the salon, I do not think this was professional nor appropriate to not take the customer's word. Even though one of the receptionist remembered and confirmed that I asked for a polish change. Needless to say, I was disappointed. read more

The receptionist SOFIA made my experience horrible and I will not be going back.I showed up to my appointment at 11:30am and started off with my pedicure, it took longer than expected so another tech came and started on my nails it was already 1:45pm. I had to pick my son up from school so I said I would pay for my gel pedi and nails and come back and just have the nail tech finish off my nails ( polish and repair a couple nails ) when I came back 40 mins later they gave me another tech but I had a problem where I was not happy with the shape of my apres nail with the new nail tech they gave me upon returning & asked if the nail tech that originally did my nail could finish up but she had another appointment. I said I would wait .. the fill in nail tech took off the two nails she did and I waited almost another 45 mins.. My son was going to drink water and over heard and saw SOFIA in the back room saying " I don't know why she's being so picky and annoying" he came and told me and I spoke to her about it and of course she denied it and said "no I was telling the tech she needs to learn English and understand the what the client wants ". I said so you are saying my son is making it up. I said he specifically pointed you out and said you said those specific words. She's like I'm sorry I didn't mean that. You can tell she felt silly and didn't want to admit . I said it doesn't matter how you feel about a customer , professionally you should wait until they're gone if you want to talk shit about them you have no idea who is listening . I finished and left around 5 pm and left no tip. Can you imagine being in a nail salon this long ? I will not be coming back here you can be mad at SOFIA for not getting a tip on a $150 service and I said to SOFIA , " if I'm paying $150 for mani and pedi service and add ons, I have every right to be picky with what I'm paying for. " She just looked at me in disbelief because she felt embarrassed which she should . Do not go here fake fake fake . Went here for the first time on Dec17 as a walk in. Aside of parking being hard to find, at arrival the place looked nice and I was excited to finally get my nails done, i was asked what service I would like and I wanted to get a re fill the lady immediately told me to follow her to a empty desk and let me know that someone would be right with me... perfect. As I sit there for 15 mins the receptionist came back and told me the nails tech was finally done and will be with me. 5 more mins go by and the receptionist came back over to ask me if I had a appointment, I quickly answered no and immediately seen the negative reaction on her face. She began to apologize and told me they would not be able to do my nails because she confused me to someone that had a refill appointment and had finally walked through the door. I became furious not only due to the fact that I waited so long but also because I would not be able to get my nails done and I also had other things I had to do that day and they just wasted my time! It is very inconsiderate of them and if that was the case she should've asked me as soon as I walked in if I had a appointment and not assume I was someone that had a appointment.
