My bf and I were there on vacation from Portland, and Steve took an incredible amount of time taking care of my aches and pains. I've had a long term inflammatory condition, so any massage is an incredible treat. His background in sports medicine really came through...almost as much as his incredible spirit did. I'll never forget returning to our room after the treatment and telling my bf, "Whooooa.. that man is God!!" haha. My body hadn't felt so relieved in such a long time. It meant the world to me. Not only did I find an amazing masseuse, it was almost like finding a new friend. I had another woman use the rotary tool to remove my gel polish and then use it later to buff out the nail- and was told at my most recent appointment that my nails are very thin. Well of course they are- because you're cutting corners. They're also not using a sterilizer for their cuticle trimmers or other products that are supposed to be sterilized. A steam sterile pouch has a dark color on it that indicates it has been processed- well where are their pouches? All of the instruments are tossed in a plastic box or glass cup and not even wiped with alcohol. Everyone is running risk of infection due to sterile processes that are not being followed.
