When I asked about it, I was told that using a pumice stone was an extra charge. While I found that surprising since it's a basic part of most pedicures, I agreed to pay the additional cost--only to be told it was "too late." After finishing the polish, she asked if I still wanted the manicure, which I declined due to the poor quality of the pedicure. I also had a 20% off coupon that was clearly advertised on both their website and Instagram for all pedicures. Initially, she claimed it was only valid for new customers, but after checking with someone else, it was confirmed that I was correct.
