She began raising her voice at me as if I was a child. She informed me she would not complete the service until I paid. I gave her $20, and she insisted I paid the full amount of $45, and she would finish the service. When told her no and she called the police. When the police arrived she told them I didn't want to pay for my service, in which that wasn't true. As the police and I attempt to come to a resolution to clean the polish off my skin and apply a clear coat. The owner refused saying my service was complete. Informing me they've been in business for 30 years. If so you should be able to conduct yourself as a business owner, while speaking to your consumer with respect. If I'm paying you to do a service, and I'm telling you I am unhappy, why are you becoming offended? The police allowed me to leave because she refused to complete the service and I did nothing wrong as a consumer. You can't ask for the full price while refusing to complete the service. Extremely unprofessional I do not recommend.
