And waited. At 2:15 pm, I got an alert on my phone saying that my appointment had been rescheduled to 2:30 pm. No one said this to me verbally, they just rescheduled the appointment on their computer from 4 feet away. I asked them what was going on and they got annoyed. They asked impatiently if I needed to leave the salon by a certain time. I told them yes, that I needed to leave by 2:45 pm. "No problem," they said, "You'll definitely be out by then. 2:30 pm came and went, and finally at 2:45 pm I got up to leave. "I have to go," I told the front desk person. "Okay," she said, "Bye then." They wasted 45 minutes of my time and never apologized. Anywhere is better than here.

They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows! It's been 3 long months without a wax and I left Emily's lounge feeling like a brand new woman! I will definitely be going again and requesting her.

She recommends facials every three months, whereas other places I have gone to will tell you to come back every 3-4 weeks. Other places will also try to sell you their affiliated skincare products after the facial, but Sheri does not do that if you already have a skincare regimen that works for you.
