Today was their first day of reopening as we entered the "green phase" of the pandemic's business guidelines and they did such an awesome job. They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows! It's been 3 long months without a wax and I left Emily's lounge feeling like a brand new woman! I will definitely be going again and requesting her.

What should have been a professional and routine service became deeply uncomfortable when I experienced behavior that I felt was sexually inappropriate and crossed professional boundaries. During the appointment, I did not feel respected or safe, and I believe the conduct I experienced was unacceptable in a professional setting. Clients should be able to receive personal services like waxing without feeling sexually harassed or violated. I'm sharing this review because I feel others should be aware of my experience. Professional boundaries and client safety should always be taken seriously, especially during such an intimate service.

I really enjoy her facials--she makes you feel very relaxed and really rejuvenates your skin. My skin feels so supple and glows afterwards. I also appreciate how honest Sheri is with her clients, and how she doesn't try to upsell anything. She recommends facials every three months, whereas other places I have gone to will tell you to come back every 3-4 weeks. Other places will also try to sell you their affiliated skincare products after the facial, but Sheri does not do that if you already have a skincare regimen that works for you. My only complaint is that I always have several strays after my wax, and she does not pluck them afterwards. Otherwise, I've had great experiences with Sheri and would continue to see her for facials if I wasn't moving across the country!

I've had Dysport done elsewhere in the past with consistent 3-4 month results, so this outcome was not typical for me.
