Easily the worst experience of my life at a nail salon. The interaction started off with the owner making prices up off the top of her head as she goes even tho clearly stated other wise on the price list right at the front desk, my skin was painted on my toes when I asked for a pedicure, the acrylic they applied on my nails were completely gummy and floppy and not deserving of 50$ by any means, after I expressed my dissatisfaction the nail technician proceeded to manhandle my fingers cutting & sanding down my skin as she took off the acrylics. -27/10 would not recommend if it was the last nail salon on earth! read more

my first visit was good nails lasted till the next visit 3 weeks, we went in to both my daughters got acrylic fake nail tips. We went to chic filet my daughter climbed on playground her nail broke. So we went back to get that one replaced. Then we got home thru the week they continue to break so only week and half later they are broke she took the rest of them. This place is such a rip off, came last month got a refill (gel) with cat eyes design, also had my nails filed down a bit. They charged me $30 plus $5 for design.... today they charged me $30 for refill, $8 for same design plus an extra $3 to file nails down I will never come back here, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.... never in all the years I hhave been getting my nails done was I ever charged extra to have them shortened Wish I could have given them a 0 star, also very rude when I question it read more

I have been dealing with some serious health issues, and in an effort to help me feel better, my friend (from Florida) wanted to treat me to a pedicure. We called Nail Trix in advance, and they said they had availability for 3 so we made an appointment. From the time we arrived, I felt like we were an inconvenience. The water in the tub was cold. After requesting warmer water, the one nail tech added water while telling me, it's warm... it was still cold! We also requested a massage with our pedicure. Nothing happened, and even though she said ok. The only saving grace is that she didn't fight when we went to pay. It was the lousiest pedicure I've ever received. What has happened to customer service??? I will never return and I will strongly suggest my friends don't either. read more

I went to Sandy and her team at the Westgate Mall for years. Unfortunately, they were recently forced to move from the Westgate Mall and purchased this salon. I recently had my nails and waxing done and they still provide excellent service at their new salon. Although the new location is further from my home, it is beneficial because I was able to get my shopping done at Target which is next door. Would give a negative rating if possible. Went here one time in an emergency to get nails removed that were driving me crazy ( had 3D design. I'll explain first I am a. 30 something yr old female with a physical disability. )the staff basically told me that I can't get my nails done bc I'm disabled and didn't understand how my nails could be done. Well hello Americans w disabilities Act of 1990. You can't discriminate. My money is as green and good as anyone else's. The lady begrudgingly did my color change/ took off the decorations, while Talking in Vietnamese to another tech I'm sure complaining about it. ( bc I know I'm not an easy customer, my hand doesn't always cooperate I am overly generous in tipping usually leaving $20.00 for a simple service. I called ahead today to make sure they were available for pedicure. When I arrived they put me in the chair to soak my feet and then I waited 25 minutes. That's unprofessional entirely. If a customer asks if there is currently a wait, tell them Accurately so they can plan their time and book an appointment another day if needed. Unprofessional! read more

This place is terrible... you wait forever before anyone acknowledges your existence... they sit there and speak and Chinese about their customers and giggle... made me feel uncomfortable ( i have small feet so i think she was complaining about having to do a french manicure on my toes...too bad that's the profession you chose....would not recommend this place to anyone.. i didn't see them sanitize any of the pedicure tubs you put your feet in... the girl burned me a MILLION times as she was doing my nails... she didn't cool down the wax before waxing my eyebrows...left nice red marks for a couple days...Seems like she was more concerned about the lifetime movie that was on TV....I WOULDN'T GO THERE IF THEIR SERVICES WERE FREE! read more

Very clean and the ladies that work there are very friendly. A little over priced but my pedicure is a week old and looks fresh.

This is a pretty clean and sanitary place to go when you're going for a quick not too long trip to get your nails done. They don't do any wild designs but they will try their best with what you ask them as long as you make it clear with what you want. I've been going for about 2 years i'm pretty sure and they haven't really disappointed me that much, they just do what shape works for them if you don't make it obvious. I go here for eyebrow waxing occasionally bc it's in the area and most convenient , but I never know what to expect . I told the lady to just clean them up and what did she do? She made them really thin, then stated "I have a lot of hair" What the heck.. Yes I know i have full eyebrows.. And I let them grow in, but when I say clean them up- I don't mean change the shape completely !! They need to up their game and learn how to shape eyebrows !! read more

This is one of those places you go if you're passing through and need a quick, basic mani/pedi or fill in but not so much a place you go when you have a specific idea in mind. The same girl always did my nails and she was nice enough, but she never filled my nails in close enough to the cuticle. This is the only place I've ever been where I leave and my nails look like they had been done a week prior. As I was getting mine done, the client behind me was complaining to her nail tech about the same issue. Apparently that's how it's "supposed" to be done but this is the only salon who does this. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm not picky when it comes to me getting my nails done as long as they are painted neatly I'm content. I've always gotten gel in the past but this time in particular I decided I wanted to try dip powder. I called to make an appt and asked them if they had dip powder she said yes. I came in the next day and the women at the front asked me what I wanted. I said I'm interested in dip powder not gel dip powder only and she said okay and showed me some colors they were all gel they didn't appear to be powder at all but I decided to go with it because she told me twice. When she was finished I was so upset but I decided not to make a scene they were painted and that's all I cared about. I went out to my car and could see them better in the light, and it was terrible!!!!!! She missed several spots!! This place is a joke. read more

Worst $40 I've ever spent! She was so rushed to get to the next customer that even after being under the nail dryers, I went outside and all of the nails were still wet and got ruined. Not only that but within 2 days the top coat which she hurried putting on cracked on most of my nails. I'll never go back there again. Decided to get a quick gel manicure before an event. First, they are one of the few nail salons in the Lehigh Valley that are open on Sunday's. Lisa did my gel manicure. Wish I could give 0 stars... I Will never go here again, I should have listened to my gut the second I sat down for my pedicure. The water was ice cold, and when I said something the woman turned the water back in for 2 secs, I again said the water was cold, another woman doing nails (I think was the manager said something and then the woman doin my nails emptied the foot bowl (slightly) and refilled with scolding hot water. I should have left then but I'm 9 months pregnant and really just needed my toes done so I stuck it out... bad move The woman rubbed my leg skin raw with the exfoliant, it is now 2 days later and I have what looks like razor burn on both my legs Tools seemed clean, but the nail file and buffer looked like they had been used all weekend. The paint job looks fine, I should have just paid $10 for them to paint them, instead of the $32 for an unrelaxed dirty pedicure! Best advice I can give is stay far away! read more

I tried this place twice and both times I hated it! I only went back the second time because they were the only place I knew of that opened on a Sunday and I had a wedding that day! My wife took me here for my first pedicure before we went on vacation. The staff was super friendly and they took excellent care of me! The massage chair was very relaxing and Bing did a great job! After several bad and mediocre experiences at many nail salons throughout the lehigh valley I have gone to this one several times now! The staff is always friendly and helpful! I have left with my nails in better condition than ever before! I get acrylic over my own nails and this is the first place I have gone to where my manicure lasts at least 3 weeks before I feel it is absolutely necessary to go back for a refill. The place is always clean, and their mani/pedi kits are in sterilized pre-packaged kits. I highly recommend this salon! :) read more

Have been going here for years so obviously happy with everything. Lately I've noticed the staff does NOT clean the pedicure bowls, they simply wipe them dry with the towel they placed the clients feet on. Yuck!!! Awful. Nobody talked and I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted, the girl who did my nails clearly did not approve. Made the comment that I had too many colors (a total of 3 colors and some sparkles) and was about to complete the whole set without doing anything but the refill and the paint. I'm completely fine if you need to charge more for designs but when you badger your customers that they're asking for too much or pretty much trying to tell them that you don't want to do what they're asking then say that in the beginning so I'm not wasted $57 on something that isn't what I asked for. Thought I'd give them a shot but it was a complete waste. I wouldn't recommend them EVER for ANYTHING. Wish I could have put no stars. I'll just be going home now to take all of the polish off and paint them myself. read more

They were rude and would not turn on my massage chair during my pedicure.which cost me 32$ for them to use unsanitary products on me for all of 15 minutes. They refused to listen to me when i asked them not to file my big toenail on my right foot because it is just growing back in. When i said she was hurting me she gave me a dirty look and just kept doing it. Also she cut my foot with the "sanitized" pumace stone and then said that was not her fault.
