When I entered, there were random scrunched up towels or rags on the floor and it gave the place an un clean atmosphere. They way over charged me to change my toe polish. I typically do not leave reviews, but I left there feeling ripped off. My advice is ask the price first before you receive a service. I guess it is on me for not asking first. read more

I've been going to nail touch for years and love Jenny. Recently there are new employees who are lovely as well! Nini did my dip nails and was very friendly and did my nails exactly how I asked for them to be done. Another new female employee did my daughters gel manicure and was very kind as well. I have gone to Nail Touch a couple times before, and my mother often gets her eyebrows done there. Me and my friend went there on a Monday and asked for a gel manicure and an acrylic set. I was immediately taken to get gel and my friend was taken for acrylic only ten or so minutes later. They worked exceptionally fast and were very precise in their work. The woman that did my gel often asked if I was happy with my nails, I was!!! I love that the place is small and relaxing. The people are also very amicable and patient. I had only gone there a few times and was recognized by this nice women that often does my mothers brows. We were out of there within the hour. Though it is pricey, I feel that that is to be expected due to its location and is not unreasonable. read more

I came here for my birthday. I called ahead. When I got there I was greeted by a friendly woman who took me right in to the pedicure. I sat down and she proceeded to pour lavender fragrance into the water. I'm not sure why when there were four flavors to choose from she chose mine for me? But alas I am moved forward wanting to enjoy my birthday experience. In the middle of my pedicure and manicure she traded this with the gentleman who took over painting my toenails and then proceeded to do my full set gel manicure. I didn't complain when she left to take another person and I was very kind to The Man. I sit down to get my nails done and start my acrylic full set I asked in the beginning how much it was going to be for an acrylic full set. He told me $36 which is the normal price 35+1 dollar due to Covid? Not sure with the extra dollar is. I agree and allow the service. Halfway through the service she comes over and says 04 longer nails you have to pay two dollars more... After already clarifying the price where she never said that there were any caveats as to how long they were supposed to be or how much more they would charge if they were cut a little shorter... She proceeds to scream at me about two dollars saying she told me That they charge more for longer nails. I feel nickel and dimed. I am sad and extremely frustrated that she would used to make me upset and ruin my experience over two dollars. It's the principle. She just honored the price that she told me in the beginning I would've had a great experience and left a happy customer. A great businesswoman would have even said here's two dollars off for your birthday, come back again! But no, instead she chooses to go back on her original price for no reason. Nothing irritates me more than this type of dishonesty. Things are difficult for everyone during Covid, going to a nail salon is quite a risk,But I chose to give them my business. Instead of being grateful and want to continue keeping customers she offended me by trying to take more money from me then was due. I have added a picture of all of the sent choices to choose from for the pedicure which I did not get as well as the menu of prices. Before I left I kindly pointed at the menu and said so the options that I have chosen or number one on the left and number one on the right correct? She says yes but I had a dollar for each service Street cumin as for having your nails cut a little longer... The girl is Neil she was doing at the time started screaming at me to not be rude, when I was being very quiet and calm and just clarifying what payment was due. I asked the woman where on the menu and price list didn't say that extra dollars should be charged or longer nails. Looked at the woman in front of her and said ask every woman here they know that. I'm sorry I am a first time customer I am not going to ask your customers what price I should pay I am counting on your list of prices to be accurate which it was you just wanted more of my money which was unfair and upset at my birthday experience well was ruined. I will never return to this place nor do I recommend giving the dishonest pricing and nickel and dining. I went to get acrylics for the very first time here and well, they're right when they say that first impressions are everything. The nail technician that did my nails was incredibly rough with me and made my nails sore after he filed them down. He was so rough that he made me bleed and he didn't do anything about it. Then, he got the nail glue all over my fingers. I actually recently peeled some off and it took the skin on my finger with it. When he got to the base coat, he got the paint everywhere and it is all chipped on the nails AND on my fingers. Also, the lady that did my design didn't even try to do a good job, the design is all uneven and rushed. This was not worth almost $50. I could've done a better job with cheap press on nails from Dollar General. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

This was the most awful nail experience I have ever had. I get my nails done frequently and went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I sat down for the pedicure and everything was going fine until the nail tech cut the nail on my big toe down so short that it looked awful. When I asked her why she did that without asking, she tried to tell me that every single nail salon would cut it that short. I mean, that's simply not true. I get my nails done very frequently and that has never been the case. And, this is not what I asked for at all, in fact I didn't even ask for her to cut it. It looked so bad that when she started to put nail polish on I asked her to stop because the nail polish only accentuated how crooked and how short my toenails now were. She said fine and I went to get my gel manicure done. The manicure was great, no complaints there, but when I went to pay for the services I had done she tried to charge me for an entire pedicure when she had not done anything. In fact, she had ruined my toe nails. Jennifer was very rude about this and very unapologetic. I asked her why she was charging me the full price for a pedicure when I had no nail polish on my toes and was leaving with them looking worse than how I came in. I am a kind person so I paid in full, but it was ridiculous. She was so incredibly rude to me and made me feel really really bad. Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had ever had. I have been coming here for years. It's great to have a decent nail salon in Caz, no more driving out to Syracuse for this service. Jen does a phenomenal job. I only have Jen or her brother do my nails. Both are great. They offer all basic services for a nail salon. You can walk in or call ahead to make an appt if you don't want to risk a wait. Jen does a great ombré with powder. Highly recommend. read more

If your store doesn't take customers until 7, then it should be stated as such. Your either open until 7 or you are not! I would have been a regular customer but I don't have time to guess on whether your actually "opened"! Sign literally says "Walk ins welcomed." I have been going to Nail Touch for serval years now. Lately the service/quality has been horrible. I normally go for either a full set or fill to be done. I've always gone in as a walk-in never had an issue. (Sign as well on door and on Facebook website) lately it's becoming an issue that I don't have an appointment. If that is case you need change you walk-in policy and inform all customers of the change. Jen has been very rude at time with walk-ins. Note some of customers are not local they drive for your service..Lately I have had the brother I believe doing my fills on my acrylics. He is ROUGH and has been cutting my skin and making me bleed every visit. My nails last maybe a week if I'm lucky. Normally I can go two weeks in between and my nails are still on, just in need of a fill. The quality has absolutely poor. On top of this each visit the price is consistently different. I'm not one to make a seen but just to be friendly and pay. Unfortunately I will not be returning to Nail Touch anymore. I'm not sure what happened but the service and quality has dropped immensely!
