I went here twice. Both times to treat myself to a pedicure, which I'd never had. The first experience was good. The technician did a nice service but when it came time to pay the price was different than was posted on their window. It took me back a little but I figured their prices had changed and they hadn't had time to repaint their prices. The next time I went in with a friend to get pedicures together. This time the two technicians hardly spoke to either of us. Instead they were busy talking to each other in Vietnamese and laughing. It seamed they were talking about us and gossiping. Of course I don't know that but i did get that feeling. This time when we went to pay the price had increased another $10.00 from what I paid the first time. When I still see "Deluxe Pedicure $35.00" on the window and I'm charged $50.00 I figure I've been marked as a sucker. That was the last time I went, or will ever go there. Patrick S. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID i have never been to a less professional nail salon in my life. the woman, who i assume was the owner, was so loud, obnoxious, aloof and rude; i cant believe the doors are open. the technicians were equally rude and aloof - i literally had to ask them to stop swearing because i was there with my 10 year old niece. the polish is old, the technique is subpar, and the atmosphere is distressing to the point that i was almost in tears just wanting to leave. i wish i could leave a zero star review. read more

Well thank goodness small businesses are open again. Call ahead to make an appointment. This business does great practices to make sure there is space in between clients. You sign a form stating you don't have any symptoms, and they take your temperature. There is plenty of plastic screens up to protect staff and clients and staff are masked. Terrible. $40 for a regular gel pedi. Reasonable price. Nails were clipped in a reverse crescent shape, so as shortest in the middle and not filed. Polish is in layer thin enough to see through and the edge of the nail is not wrapped. Worst pedicure in years, probably because of the menacing presence of what seemed to be the technician's boss looming and hovering over all 3 ladies the entire hour+ I was in the salon. read more

The picture says it all. She tore my cuticle off then stuck my foot back in the filthy water. They brought their tools from the back. Very discourteous. Rude in fact. I called to tell them that I had to go to the doctor and have it drained with a needle and a 10 course of antibiotics. They argued with me about how much I paid. No regard for my infected toe whatsoever. This is by far the worst salon in Longview. read more

My sister, daughter and I came here for pedicures. Before the pedis even started they seemed to be very bothered and in a hurry, they were not busy at all btw. Usually a massage is included, they spread the scrub on and rinsed it off. Same with the lotion no massage. When it came to painting the nails, let's just say my 6 year old could have painted them better. They were sloppy. I had to ask her if she was going to clean them up (because there was polish on my skin) and with an attitude she grabbed a brush and very horribly "cleaned them up" Then made us walk on their dirty ground over to dry our toes. We asked her to put the disposable shoes on and she said "it's ok we clean our floors everyday" If your looking to relax with great customer service this place is not it. read more

This was my first time getting arcrylics and went there on a Monday night because it was the only salon open. I had been there a couple of times in the past two years and the experiences were ok. First, the technician, Phoun Le, who answers the phone and sits up front, worked on my nails November2021. She was rude, and yelled at me for not placing my hands under the light properly, she didn't like the way I held my hand as she was working on them, she was rough and nicked my cuticle. I went back around weeks to have a polish change, and unfortunately, she attended my nails. This time, again, she was rough and my nails were lumpy and uneven. One month later, I went to a different tech. She noticed I have a fungal infection; per my new tech, this is something Phuong Le should have noticed a month prior, and she just did not care and polished over my nails anyway. It is hard to understand her due to the language barrier, and hearing loss. She will speak to me in a Vietnamse accent; but I have heard her answering the phone in perfect English. read more

Just got my nails done here today... They are reasonably priced, and the ladies working were friendly. The shop seems very clean. However, I didn't see them put and disinfect in the foot spa when they were cleaning it.... they did have a plastic cover that they changed between clients. My nail tech was sweet and courteous. Although when I got home I wasn't pleased with her paint job. I'm hoping after I shower the excess polish on my toes will come off. Im sure I'll be back. I might ask for a different person. read more

I go here every 2-3 weeks for a fill and I love their work. I used to go to lovely nails, and downtown nails, Nail Time is way better. I never make an appointment, and I've never had to wait after walking in. Always friendly, and they make sure I'm happy with my nails. read more

My daughter and her friend went here today and they completely messed up their nails! They both asked for the same thing...coffin shape with different colors on each finger. Not only did the do a HORRIBLE job they charged them 2 different prices! They took advantage of them. (My daughter's friends dad dropped them off) my daughter left upset but to scared to speak up. I've been having my nails done for about a year. These ladies go way and beyond! I have never had a problem with any of my nails (that was their fault! When I get clumsy and break one they always fix it with no charge. I've had a pedi there which was incredible! They also do.a fantasy job with their waxing skills! Their prices are also great, but I think the most incredible thing about these ladies that is after the first time you interact with them they remember your name and what you like!! read more

My first experience with this location went very well. They listened to what I wanted and needed. However, upon my return for my fill that was not the case. It seemed that what I wanted, as the customer, did not matter. They do things their way and did not want to vary from that routine. They also left some dirt between my natural nail and the acrylic nail. I had to point out the mess before it was taken care of. I am picky about my finger nails and attention to detail is very important to me (i.e. clean, level, etc.). I will be looking for a different location that will listen to the customer. read more
