Dustin arrived 15 minutes early to help us with our luggage, unpacked all our bags at the airport, and a week later was waiting right on time at the airport to pick us up upon our return the following Saturday. FYI: Dustin is a retired law enforcement officer and told us he's setting aside the money he makes from his shuttle service to help pay for his daughter's college expenses. We were delighted to meet the driver as we thought our reservation would have been cancelled due to the delays. Our driver was most accommodating, and along our route provided most helpful information on the area along with recommendations that would only be known by those local to the area.
