MD (as he calls himself) is a SCAMMER and I would not trust him or this company to pick up my trash. I have now disputed the charge with my bank and made a local police report as he is SCAMMING tourist in the Orange Beach area out of their hard earned money. I had to return to the airport to pick up a late arriving suitcase, and our holiday BBQ had already begun so it wouldn't have been safe to drive myself. After trying a few other taxis (all of whom said they didn't have anyone in ft. walton; all in destin instead) I landed upon Don Fischer and his shuttle. He came by promptly, with a clean and multi-passenger van, and affordably got me to the airport and back. Clean, prompt, affordable (and will negotiate if you pay cash), and very safe driving style. I told the lady driving the address and name of my hotel and she seemed confused. I then showed her the address on my phone, she asked if I could bring up a map. I then showed her The Hampton Inn on the map. She said she knew where it was located. She was not chatty, I like it when your in a new area and the driver tells you things to do and see. She took me to the wrong hotel!!!! She took me to Hampton Suites across town. She had given me a card to have them take me back to the airport, so I immediately called. It was the owners card and #, so I thought I would get excellent service. I told him I was dropped off at the wrong place. He made me explain it to him about 3 times. Then he actually asked me to say Please?!?! I was way beyond please at this point, I thought the 1st time I explained I just paid $50 +tip to be taken to the wrong hotel should have been enough and he would send her back to get me. Eventually he said "I think I know where you are, I will try to come get you". WHAT!??! I was in town for a wedding and the bride had to come pick me up and take me to my hotel. I don't understand how a shuttle service doesn't know where things are located, that's there job!!!! BTW-rent a car in Destin/Ft Walton it is VERY EXPENSIVE to get around town by taxi or shuttle.
