I told the lady driving the address and name of my hotel and she seemed confused. I then showed her the address on my phone, she asked if I could bring up a map. I then showed her The Hampton Inn on the map. She said she knew where it was located. She was not chatty, I like it when your in a new area and the driver tells you things to do and see. She took me to the wrong hotel!!!! She took me to Hampton Suites across town. She had given me a card to have them take me back to the airport, so I immediately called. It was the owners card and #, so I thought I would get excellent service. I told him I was dropped off at the wrong place. He made me explain it to him about 3 times. Then he actually asked me to say Please?!?! I was way beyond please at this point, I thought the 1st time I explained I just paid $50 +tip to be taken to the wrong hotel should have been enough and he would send her back to get me. Eventually he said "I think I know where you are, I will try to come get you". WHAT!??! I was in town for a wedding and the bride had to come pick me up and take me to my hotel. I don't understand how a shuttle service doesn't know where things are located, that's there job!!!! BTW-rent a car in Destin/Ft Walton it is VERY EXPENSIVE to get around town by taxi or shuttle.

We highly recommend this airport transportation offered at Okaloosa Regional Airport, Fort Walton…read moreBeach, Destin, Florida. The service was per-arranged and had our driver waiting at the luggage area for us. Our travel had been particularly difficult with delays and missed connecting flights, lost luggage, and 36 hours of travel to get to this location. We were delighted to meet the driver as we thought our reservation would have been cancelled due to the delays. Our driver was most accommodating, and along our route provided most helpful information on the area along with recommendations that would only be known by those local to the area. He dropped us off at our location promptly, and gave us direction to find the car rental agency we were looking for in the retail mall. The fee for the service was most reasonable with no airport surcharge commonly applied by other cab companies in this region. Booking for service is easily arranged from the web site for All Points. Great service. Thank you.

Hi, This was my…read morefirst time using a car service to drive my car long distance. You Fly, We Drive did a wonderful job and I would definitely use them again. Luke, the owner, was easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, and was flexible to transport dates. The car was picked up as promised and delivered on the date promised. I had called several companies and looked at car transport options and You Fly, We Drive was the best option for me. Fair prices, safe and straight communications. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for any future car transport needs. April 2, 2021 Alison M.

I was skeptical of hiring a company which provided a private driver to transport my daughter's car…read moreback from college on the West Coast because we had always used an auto transport company with an open carrier in the past. However, the car was left in the garage at her college since mid-March (because she had to evacuate her campus within 48 hours due to COVID.) We expected to be able to pick up the car in May during her graduation weekend but obviously, that didn't happen. We had the keys to the car at our home and the car was in SoCal so I decided to investigate the possibility of hiring a private driver to bring the car back to us in the Midwest. After doing much research and talking directly to Luke, we decided to hire You Fly We Drive and I am certainly glad we did! Luke is upfront with a estimate about all costs and details which I liked. He picked up and delivered the car on time. When he retrieved the car from LA, he thoroughly checked out the car, (ie. washed it, checked all the tires and fluids.) He texted his progress everyday when he stopped for the night. He cleaned it again before he returned the car to us. We were very pleased with our experience and will definitely use this service again in the future.

After selecting three companies, I contacted St. George and spoke to Robert. For reference purposes, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Further, I could reserve my pickups on-line with email confirmation. My drivers were Mark and Lori and they were the best. Very professional yet friendly if you wanted to talk. Considering I was traveling alone (and the drive was almost an hour) I didn't want the hassle to search for transportation to our rental. I can't recommend these folks enough for making my week on 30A so great.

Called them on Monday afternoon and we were told the credit card part on the website wasn't set up. So we asked to make a reservation. We were told we didn't need one just show up. When we arrived we drove down a single lane pothole riddled clay road for a half mile. Upon arriving at the entrance we were greeted with a river crossing to actually get to the facility and parking area (picture below). If I had a truck it wouldn't have been bad but the ruts under the water surface were at least 2 ft deep. Driving a Honda Accord through this "Entrance" was not an option. So we turned around and went to the competitors canoe rental. My one star rating is only based on my attempt to get there. I did not actually get to use their facilities or services. It would have been nice to be told of the water crossing by the employee on the phone. If you do go there "ASK" about the water depth if you are driving a car.
