Our travel had been particularly difficult with delays and missed connecting flights, lost luggage, and 36 hours of travel to get to this location. We were delighted to meet the driver as we thought our reservation would have been cancelled due to the delays. Our driver was most accommodating, and along our route provided most helpful information on the area along with recommendations that would only be known by those local to the area. He dropped us off at our location promptly, and gave us direction to find the car rental agency we were looking for in the retail mall.
