I booked this transport for my daughters (adult) vacationing with my husband and I. We had them…read moreflown into Destin, because of our 1 year old grandchild. Long drive. My husband and I drove so we could bring all the stuff. We decided to book a shuttle service to get them back to the airport the following week. Robert Channing ( owner of St. George transport) confirmed with us a few times that my adult children and baby grandchild would be picked up from watercolor and transported to Destin airport at 9am. At 9:10 I called to see how far out they were. Mr Channing said his wife was coming and would be there soon. 2 minutes later I received a text, with no way to respond, that they wouldn't be coming. I tried to call and of course... straight to voicemail. This was the most unprofessional experience I have yet to encounter. My children missed their flight, and my husband and I had to travel back 2 hours to pick them up. Thankfully, the owners of the house let them stay past check out. I never leave reviews... but just beware. Do not use this shuttle company. I tried to leave zero stars, but that is not an option.
