If you like to walk and get your steps in, there are plenty of rows to walk. It is all gravel, no cement slabs. You do have full hookup. The site was very quiet and near a small town that had a dollar store and a small store with gas. There is not much to do as the population is around 5K. We did go to two parks to walk our dogs. There was a stream with a beach to hang out at and tube, but no dogs are allowed. However, there was some trails to walk your dogs.

We took our dogs to the river park which was nice but not something we would do multiple times. Tried a "nearby" brewery but that was a major fail. We stayed at the campground and it was clean, and the hosts would pick up the trash at every site every morning. We liked that it had full hookups, we expected it to only have electricity and water. We didn't like that our RV campsite was very small and the position where the fence posts were located as well as the grill, that made it even harder to backup with our RV. We stayed on site 2, number 1 and 2 were the smallest ones we saw on our side. If we had known when we booked we had probable looked somewhere else. The bathrooms and showers were ver clean and nice but the building was cold.

Getting to go to the inlet side where the lake water met the ocean (& it was SO clear) was really fun, too. I recommend going at 9 o'clock when things are cooler & you might get to see more birds. Courtney and Katie provided excellent customer service. Note- The kayaks we had did not have a waterproof compartment. I double Ziploc bagged my cell phone. (I was able to get some great photos since the water was smooth & I was comfortable getting the phone out.) You might want to bring along one of those waterproof containers that you can bungee on to the boats storage cords, if you have one, though to be safer!

Moved into the main area and honestly, with all the big rigs that pulled in, it can get very cramped for "privacy". Add to that some dogs and it can get very interesting. As usual at an RV site, some people have ZERO clue about site etiquette. Several folks walking their dogs around my site. My dogs did not appreciate that. But that's the only complaint I had - a bit cramped when all sites around you are full, and people are the same no matter where we camp. The people running this site are the best!! Tom helps you park and it makes it SO easy to back into the spot. First try, boom, all set!! The beach is only a few blocks away, totally walkable. That said, they also provide a ride to and from the beach on the golf cart. Very helpful when you're lugging all your beach stuff. Expensive to stay, but it was a great vacation. I'd stay here again.

The laundry room had 5 sets of washers and dryers that are coin operated and easy to use. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk but the staff also offers free rides to and from via golf cart that we utilized several times. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I told her our reason for coming was to celebrate 53rd wedding anniversary. She was able to accommodate us at Cozy Corner. The park is very small, very clean, beautifully manicured, family owned and high on customer service. If we camp in the area in future, I would be happy return guest!!! Thank you!
