I can't believe I was the first to review this place way back in 2009! I've been coming here ever since and couldn't be happier. Quick service, never longer than a 15 minute wait for a pedi chair, friendly staff and quality nail work. I actually opened yelp today to check what their microblading is like, as I see they have competitive prices. I still haven't tried their waxing, but I can attest to years of solid service for my toes! read more

Best nail salon in Columbus. Employees treat their customers like royalty! I have been going here for over 3 years and will never go anywhere else! read more

Great place! They did a really good job. Clean, fast and decently priced. This has become my new go to spot!

My technician unfortunately did a very poor job with my acrylic nails. First I had asked for an almond shape and it honestly didn't come out that way and each mail came out looking a little different when it came to shape. Then she cut my finger with the electric file, making bleed and unable for her to put nail polish on it for a decent 10 minutes. I had asked for a design and that also didn't come out looking great (if she would've told me she can't do it I would've understand and rather have that than have her mess it up) and she added small diamonds that I didn't even ask for and didn't necessarily want them. After that, she cut yet ANOTHER one of my fingers making it bleed and HURT pretty bad and she had to get me a bandaid for that. Honestly I would expect a lot more for a $65 service and I hope someone will get back to me to make this right. I want to get my money back because, I'm sorry to say this but, no one has ever butchered my nails this bad. Make this right Nail Spree. Ive attached my inspiration picture which is what I asked for. I will be calling in tomorrow to get my money back as I should've done it while I was there. Very unprofessional and it seemed like some of the tools were not properly sanitized either. Also, they told me they don't offer refunds which made my husband very upset since I didn't want to go back (for a very good reason), so he told them we would see them in court which the lady's response was "thank you, bye". Not even 30minutes later I got my refund. Not only were they rude when I called and said I was not happy, but she also said she'll talk to a manager and call me back. She never called so I called again after like 40minutes and she blatantly lied and said she had called back but it didn't go through (which was a lie since I sat next to my phone with good service the whole time). Safe to say this business is full of liars and rude technicians who just sit on the pedicure chairs while they don't have customers and no, they didn't wipe it down afterwards. Consider it twice if it's worth coming here, it was not for me as my finger are still bleeding on and off and it really hurts as one of the cuts are on the tip of my finger. I also have to say I usually don't leave reviews or complain about receiving a bad service, but this was honestly beyond everything I've ever had happened to me. Instead of offering me a refund immediately I got rude attitude and I was barely let to speak over the phone which is why I let my husband handle it and that seemed to go better. If you're not happy or you get cut, PLEASE don't let them walk all over you and make sure you get a refund because this is not okay. read more

My aunt talked me into this salon, they treated her as a regular. The older woman who did my pedicure literally did my pedicure in under 10 minutes. She trimmed my toes but that's about it. The scrub was brief and the "massage" was just rubbing the lotion onto my legs. I expected to at least be sitting in the chair for 30 minutes. Will never return, overpriced for horrible service. The color selection is terrible as well. read more

Not impressed. New to the area and I've been looking for a good place for pedicures. I decided to try this place based on the good reviews but it looks like I will continue my search. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and received a "basic" pedicure from the male in the shop (didn't get a name). It was very rushed, not relaxing and the paint job was subpar. Also was lacking in the cleanliness department. Only positive was that I did not have to wait when I arrived. If you decide to try this place out for yourself, bring cash and at least get 5% off your services. read more

Your stereotypical nail salon. They use dremels to grind on your nails, no disinfection between customers. The dremel also takes off too much nail and leaves you with weak/damaged nails. Files etc. are not cleaned between customers either which leaves you susceptible to fungus etc. that the other customers may have. I've found another salon near by that offers much better service for about the same price. I won't be back to Nail Spree. read more

I spent $53 for a deluxe pedicure. Not worth it at all. A man did my pedi and the whole ordeal was under an hour. Did not clean under the toenails , barely any massaging to my legs, none on my feet. Truly truly a huge disappointment. I will NOT return. Do not go here it sucks lemons read more

They did a 45 minute service in 15 minutes. Looked like complete crap. Ended up going back and having them just take my acrylics off because it was so bad. Wish I would have taken a picture. read more

I recently moved to Dublin and was looking for a nail salon close by. Went here based on yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Phalla (hope I got the name right) was great - both manicure and pedicure went well. She took time and great care with my nails and they look great. I will be back. read more

This place is the same quality as a mall nail salon - mediocre service and quality. I went to Nail Spree during lunch because I was looking for a salon near my job. I am pregnant and was in need of pedicure. Unfortunately, I will not be going back! The staff was not friendly! The nail tech did a horrible job polishing my toes. I mentioned to him several times that he missed spots, however he was clearly oblivious. I had to fix the polish when I went home. I expect a nail salon to perform quality work. If not, I might as well do the work myself. I am definitely not going back. There are much better nail salons in the Columbus area that do quality work. This nail salon at most deserves two stars. The location was convenient and the price was reasonable. read more

Great manicures! I was visiting family in Dublin and made a last-minute appointment here. I actually wasn't expecting much because they were the only place that could accommodate me and 4 children on short notice, but they actually did a really great job! Almost a week later, and my manicure still looks like it was done yesterday. Even my girls, who usually pick off their polish within hours, somehow still have nice-looking manicures. Not fancy, but a great walk-in place. I would definitely go here again. read more

First time here was a year ago and not that great, this time was much better. Very pleased with the service (got a basic pedicure and about to get my eyebrows waxed) and will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable. read more

I am obsessed with this nail salon!!! Every time I come in I am almost immediately served (90% of the time I have no appointment). I work in Dublin, but live in Pickerington so usually go on my lunch break to get them done-I am ALWAYS out in an hour. They have all of the latest products (temperature changing, holographic, etc) for your acrylic nails and always listen to what I want my nails to look like before they work on them. I would never go anywhere else!!! read more

I just took my wife there last Saturday for our 5th anniversary! She was delighted and I also got a manicure and a pedicure with her! She has always wanted me to do it too, so I did! They did an awesome job! I was really impressed on how well both of our hands and feet were once we got out of there! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated well! read more

I personally had a great experience. I got a deluxe, gel pedicure and the woman who did it spent a lot of time massaging my legs and feet. The only reason I am reading it a 4 was because there was a little girl with her mom sitting beside me. The little girl asked to have "2016" in different colors, one on each toe...not a difficult request. The one man in the store, apparently responsible for doing the nail designs, rolled his eyes and shook his head, as if saying "you have to be kidding me." She's a little girl, just do the design without your opinion. The only reason I will not be back is fear that I will have him doing my nails. Rude. read more

Went in for a Pedicure and pink and white solar nails. Left with all that plus some! Had a wonderful experience! My nails look amazing. Ty did a fantastic job. Also the other customers in the shop were having a great time and made the atmosphere even better! I even scheduled my next appointment on the same day as the other ladies so we can do it all over again! read more

I've been to other salons in Columbus but this is the best one yet!! The service was great everyone was nice. The basic mani pedi is amazing and affordable. I normally do gel but I was persuaded to do dipping powder by my friends and I do not regret it! Gel lasts for 2-3 weeks but dipping powder has lasted for 4 weeks and it's amazing!! read more

My first time trying this place (as recommended by the girls at work) and was not impressed at ALL. The older woman (I'm thinking the mom) did my gel manicure one Tuesday after work and not only did it take much longer than any other place I've been to, but she made me bleed more than once! Cut my cuticles on two fingers and they bled forever and then kept putting cuticle remover on the open wounds over and over and over which stung like hell! You think seeing me wince in pain would be pretty clear, it definitely wasn't. It was the most painful nail experience I've ever had. And then when she's done, I paid and realized my fingers were literally stuck to my nails - she basically glued my skin and nails together so I had to ask to her to file it off. That was awkward. Looking at them now later in the week, they've got bubbles coming up and some fingers are thicker with color than others, so much so a girlfriend pointed it out! All in all - TERRIBLE. I'll go back to Nails on Neal where I don't leave with manicure wounds. read more

I have been going to Nail Spree for several years. They do a great job with my nails and are always very accommodating of my schedule. I call ahead and when I show up I never have to wait! read more

While I am meticulous about always having my toes and finger nails painted, as they're never bare and rarely chipped, I have a hard time paying for something I can easily do myself for 1/100th of the price. Occasionally, and do I mean occasionally (like once a year or less), I'll get a professional mani or pedi. On my recent visit here I came for their $30 pedicure and they were definitely bustling. We had to wait a little bit but then were seated in the pedi massage chairs. Unfortunately they did not have enough employees working for the amount of customers they had. They had 4 employees for at least a dozen people. It was a good thing we weren't pressed for time as it was a good 30-40 minutes until anyone started working on us. I brought my own base coat, top coat, and nail polish just in case I couldn't find a color I liked. Yes, I'm a crazy person but they had no problem with me brining in my own products. I know my nails won't prematurely chip if I use these products and I cannot tell you how many times friends have complained about their nails chipping after getting a mani or pedi within 48 hours. I don't know what products they use, but I brought CND Stickey base coat and Seche Vite top coat. They massaged and cleaned up my feet and nails nicely, which was the main reason why I got a pedi in the first place. I was happy with the paint job but the joke was on me the next day when I chipped my big toe nail polish when I forcibly grazed it along a door threshold. At the end of the day I had spent about an hour and a half here and nearly $40 after tax and tip for something I could do in 30 mins or less at home and for about 10 cents since I have all the products. I will keep them in mind for future pampering, and maybe when I'm ballin enough I'll have them do my weekly mani for me. They're selection of nail polish colors could use improvement - 80-85% of the color choices are OPI and then some random other brands. I wish they had a more prominent Essie selection as I could only find maybe 5 Essie colors, none of which appealed to me. They also do not sell any nail polish, which in my opinion is a missed business opportunity for them. Although I'm sure they have to get approval from the nail polish brands to sell their product and this salon may not meet the standards or criteria. read more

They are the best I have been to in Ohio so far. Just pleasant and fast and a great job! Really like these gals and guys!

Nail Spree is the best! I've been getting gel nails here for a few years, and my natural nails stay in great condition. Everyone is so friendly here and have lots of experience. I highly recommend! They also have lots of colors to choose from and do creative nail art. read more

I really loved this place. I am very satisfied when the women do my nails. The women are gentile, ask opinions, and take their time. So I am very sad to leave. The last time I was in Ty did my nails. When Ty does my nails I'm not happy. He is rough, rushes, and does not ask the customers opinion. When I gave my opinion on how he filed my nails and when I asked for him to do a third coat because it was still translucent he got very fussy. He told me I am too picky, never to come back, and that he does not need my service. He continued with saying go ahead and tell his boss so he gets fired. He is a rude person and I will not be going back. I get my nails done to feel good not to deal with rotten people. Posh is a much better salon! read more

I came in and asked for the basic mani/pedi special for $47. I walked out paying $80 because the tech talked me into the powder mani to help "strengthen my nails" and didn't explain that it was FORTY THREE DOLLARS ON ITS OWN. I would have NEVER agreed to that if I would've known!!!! Are you kidding me?! She just led me along to believe that it was the same price. And even REPEATED that I wanted the basic for both the mani and pedi. And it wasn't even that good! There is stray polish all over my fingers!! I only even went for the mani because of the special. All I really wanted was the pedi. Don't come here because they will lure you in with the cheap $47 special then RIP YOU OFF. Same thing happened to the woman next to me- she asked for the mini pedi meaning just cut and paint. They gave her the basic (which she didn't ask for) and sprung the higher price on her at checkout. She said something about it but paid and left then as soon as she walked out the door, they started talking about her and making fun of her which I'm sure they are doing about me right now. Seriously, don't come here unless you want ripped off. What a JOKE read more

This place is an absolute joke! I went in wanting a balance of my acrylics with gel polish. I was immediately seated and the tech started working on my nails. I told him that I wanted my nails short and square. He gave me the color wheel to choose my color and started working on my nails. Not only was it difficult to look through the colors with only one hand, another tech came up took them away about 5 minutes later forcing me to pick basically the first color that I saw. I had a few broken nails that I thought he would fix, but he just put acrylic over my regular nail, making them very uneven with the nails that were not broken. He also made them an almond shape when I clearly asked for square. The acrylics were extremely thick and lumpy on my nails. When it came to the polish, he slapped it on and didn't bother cleaning up where he got it on my skin. He also asked if I wanted airbrush to make it look ombre and at this point I just wanted something to make it look better so I let him. That was a mistake considering it looked like a child tried to paint french tips. Overall, this all cost me over $50 which is usually more than what I spend at other locations. You may wonder why I didn't say anything before I left, but I'm not about confrontation and I thought I would try to get used to it and just go back to my regular salon after they grew out a little. The next day, I couldn't stand it anymore. My nails hurt because the acrylics were so thick. The color and "ombre" was terrible. I called acting very professional and telling the person who answered the phone the issues that I had. He immediately started yelling at me and calling me names. At that point, I figured I wasn't getting my refund so I just cut my losses and hung up the phone. Clearly I'll never go back there & advise everyone else to do the same. I have no idea where these good reviews are coming from!! read more
