Ive been here a few times because it is so close to me however, everytime i go, i leave unsatisfied. The most recent time I went i came out with crooked nails, bubbles in my nails, my cuticles all cut up as well as the gel polish on my toes was coming off the next day. My nails only a week later are starting to get unstable due to the fact that they did not sand down the first layer of my nails before placing the tips or acrylic. read more

I tried this place a few times since it's close to my apartment. First I will say that once the technicians got to know me they were very nice. I tried 3 times to get a decent SNS manicure and goodness do they do an awful job. They don't know how to shape your nail which is important to me. I would tell them I want a coffin cut and show them pictures and I would end up with a thick almond cut. If you have ever gotten an S&S manicure you know that they are supposed to file it down afterwards. They try to let me leave without filing it down. Even after I said something they only filed it down a little bit. It looks like I have a giant bubble nails it was terrible. Also good luck having them put a tip on. It took the guy three different tries before one of the girls had to come and put it on for me. I also find it very odd that at the end of your manicure the top it with a gel coat. That's not the way it supposed to happen. After leaving here last time I was so embarrassed at how my nails looked. Never again. Next, eyebrows. One time I left with one eyebrow noticeably thinner than the other. The other several times the middle was barely waxed and they never trimmed the top of my very thick eyebrows. Even when I would tell them what to do they just either didn't know how or are ignoring me. Just steer clear. They are over priced anyway. read more

Went here because I saw the older gentle man do my daughters nails.. they were perfect! I got a woman nail tech and will not go back. I just got these done they are chunky, none of them the same size, need filled not covering the entire nail etc. Went on a Saturday and waited because someone was in front of me no big deal. The lady was rushing through and did not listen to what I asked for. Now I am stuck with them until I have time off to go somewhere else to have them fixed. The older male nail tech is a perfectionist. Her not at all. $60 bucks down the drain. read more

This little nail salon is close to my work. I have been meaning to treat myself to a pedicure, so one afternoon, I did exactly that. Odd name. I wonder if they meant to spell Nails Party instead. I was promptly acknowledged upon entry and directed to choose my polish. I was thrilled to see that they carry China Glaze, which is a cruelty free brand! My technician showed me a menu of services. I chose the standard pedicure, which is priced at $25.00. I also noted that they offer complimentary wine. I decided not to imbibe as I was attending a cocktail event that evening. The pedicure was performed with great care and gentleness. I especially enjoyed the massage portion of the service. A couple weeks later, and my polish still looks great! I went here based on location. I didn't want to have to book an appointment with my normal nail salon which I know would have been slammed. I called and asked if they were available to do my nails (This was a random Friday afternoon) and they told me to come on in. Went here on a whim when this became the closest nail salon to my new house. Ice always had a problem with my nails staying done because I'm a bit hard on my hands. Usually by two weeks gone, I'm.startinf to struggle. Ben has done my hands for the past 3 times, and they've stayed nice for well longer than normal. Walked in with no appointment necessary, I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure. The girl who was helping me was friendly- ish. She started talking about politics near the end of my appointment which is the last thing I want to talk about at a nail salon. I don't think she put a clear coat on my toes, I asked if they were dry when she was done with my nails and she said yes; once I got home, the polish on the tips are all wrinkled up where they were still wet and I put shoes on. My nails look mediocre, she put 3 coats of polish on one hand and two on the other. $75 later and my 8 year old son can paint toes better than what they look like now. Will not be returning. Only went because I was gifted a gift card. Posh nails is WAY nicer and better quality. read more

Got a regular manicure yesterday/regular polish.. just wanted to clean up my nails and cuticles. We walked right in which was a plus. But my nails look horrible. I paid $15 and 5 nails have already chipped! FIVE The technician did nothing but cut and filed them. No buffing, no nothing. I had 1 tiny fan to dry both of my hands with. Also, while my nails were drying, my technician proceeded to turn on Netflix (another language I'm assuming it was Netflix - very loud) on her phone and watch right in front of me. I called Nail Sparty yesterday to set up a 5 o'clock appointment for today. I showed up a little early, and the place was packed (my reasoning for why I set up the appointment). When I arrived, I was told it would be a fifteen-minute wait. I proceeded to wait for approximately thirty minutes, and during my wait, two lady's walked in. They were asking if it was okay if they didn't have an appointment, and one of the workers said yes. When a spot opened up, rather than taking me first, they then proceeded to take one of the walk-ins over me. After this, I was frustrated, and I left without even getting my mani/pedi. This place was very unorganized and overall incredibly unprofessional. 10/10 wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If I could leave less than one star I would. read more

I was thrilled by my nails! They were absolutely beautiful and I was pleased. I was told $40 and then at check out he said $47 because of the length (they were not abnormally long but ok) Then I was washing dishes approx 24 hours later and one broke off - I literally did not feel a thing it just broke. 24 hours later yet another one broke off. I called them and they told me I was too rough on my nails and they were too long. I have been getting my nails done for 10 + years and know that to not be the case. They now want more $ to fix. I went here with my bridal party. They were impatient when I was looking for a picture on my phone of the nail design I wanted and when I showed them they said they could do it. I went to Nail Sparty to get my nails done. It was one of the worst times in my live I have ever had. I was so embarrassed to even walk out with nails looking like that. Benny the owner was taking a nap and I guess he has lost his passion for doing nails. I have been getting my nails done for more than 40 years at many different salons and that is the worst they have ever looked. To start out the man never even talked to me the whole time, very rude to me. I told him I am not at all happy with the way they came out, too too short. He just got up and walked away. Then I told his wife the owner and she said you should have told him. I told her I did, that he made them to short. She said that will be 25.00 dollars. I paid and absolutely no tip. I told her they are horrible. She didn't offer to redo them or come back or nothing. I will not go back to Sparty Nails at North Chase. I suggest that you don't either. If I could give a zero I would the technicians are rude, racist,and very nasty. They didn't acknowledge me when I came because they were serving other clients so I had to make my self. After a 30 min wait I asked the technician when would I be served and she didn't even look up at me replying " Few minutes sweetie". Prior to this event I went with my father he spent over 200.00 and the only time they treated us like decent human beings was when they were taking there money. I feel like they only way they treat you kindly and with respect is if your a middle aged Caucasian person. If your not a regular don't expect any warm welcoming because they make it seem like their doing you a favor to be serviced by them. read more

Used to be a good salon, I was going there faithfully for 2 years and all the clients raved. Then the main manicurist brought her husband in, who seems to "manage" things. He gives "the worst" manicure, the gel polish peels within a week every time. Also he is sloppy and uneven, I sat next to a women who had her nails done by him and they were uneven and she was very unhappy. They seem to be cutting corners or using inferior products and the manicures don't last a week and should last at least 3 for a gel shellac. Also, lots of staff turnover, new faces every time you go. I have left this salon and now go to Nails Art, much, much, much better. The manicure and pedi are priced the same and last way longer! read more
